The room is approximately 15m^2 in size. Both windows have automatic shutters and face east, allowing for a good view of the sunrise. The room used to serve as a dining/living room, so the furniture is still in there, but it will be moved to the other room before moving in, and in many cases, it will be replaced. The glass door will be replaced with the wooden door from the future living room (see pictures).
Unfortunately, the house itself is relatively noisy.

Das Zimmer ist ca. 15m^2 groß. Die beiden Fenster haben jeweils automatische Rollläden und zeigen nach Osten, sodass man gut den Sonnenaufgang beobachten kann. Das Zimmer diente früher als Ess/Wohnzimmer, dementsprechend stehen da noch die Möbel drinne, welche allerdings vor dem Einzug in das andere Zimmer geschoben werden, beziehungsweise größtenteils auch ausgetauscht werden. Die Glastür wird getauscht mit der Holztür des späteren Wohnzimmers (siehe Bilder).
Das Haus an sich ist leider relativ hellhörig.

The U6 subway is also within walking distance, so you can be in the city center within 15 minutes. max. 10min walk to subway
The neighborhood is very quiet, except for the construction site, which has been right in front of the door for two years, but the room is on the far side of it.
There is both a Rewe and an Aldi within walking distance (20min), which can also be reached by bus/subway within 15min.

My name is Jonathan, I'm 20 years old and I've been living here for a year now. I do sports more or less often, I like to go bouldering, I cycle almost everywhere and I like to run. I'm studying biophysics for my bachelor's degree at Goethe University and will be writing my bachelor's thesis next semester.
The room becomes available because my current roommate is moving out. I would like an open and comfortable shared apartment. That we cook something together and perhaps do something together.
I'm a bit obsessive when it comes to cleanliness.
The neighbors are mostly families with small children, but they are all very nice and not as loud as you might be used to with children.

Ich heiße Jonathan, bin 20 Jahre alt und lebe jetzt seit einem Jahr hier. Ich treibe mehr oder weniger oft Sport, gehe gerne Bouldern, fahre quasi alle Wege mit dem Rad und laufe gerne. Ich studiere Biophysik im Bachelor an der Goethe Uni und schreibe nächstes Semester meine Bachelorarbeit.
Das Zimmer wird frei, weil meine jetztige Mitbewohnerin auszieht. Ich wünsche mit eine offene und gemütliche WG. Das man mal zusammen was kocht und gegebenfalls auch etwas zusammen unternimmt.
Ich bin ein bisschen Zwanghaft, wenn es um Sauberkeit geht.
Die Nachbarn sind größtenteils Familien mit kleinen Kindern, die sind allerdings alle sehr lieb und nicht so laut, wie man es von Kindern vielleicht gewöhnt ist.

There is a garage and a cellar compartment, both of which can be used. However, the garage is not intended for a car, but for storing bicycles or other things.

Es gibt eine Garage und ein Kellerabteil, welche beide mitgenutzt werden können. Die Garage ist allerdings nicht für ein Auto gedacht, sondern fürs Abstellen vom Fahrrad oder anderen Sachen.
