Die Lage ist ruhig und naturnah, jedoch super an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden. Die Haltestelle Heerstraße der Linie U7 ist bei gemütlichem Gang maximal 5 Minuten von der Haustür entfernt. Mit der U-Bahn ist man in weniger als 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. 5 Minuten zu Fuß in eine andere Richtung befindet sich ein riesiger REWE Center Supermarkt sowie ein REWE Getränkemarkt. Ebenso sind Dönerladen, Pizzaria und Chinaimbiss nicht weit entfernt. Hinter der Wohnung laden weitläufige Felder zum Spazieren ein.

The location is quiet and close to nature, but super connected to public transport. The Heerstraße stop on the U7 line is a maximum of 5 minutes away from the front door if you walk comfortably. With the subway you are in less than 15 minutes in the city center. 5 minutes walk in another direction is a huge REWE Center supermarket and a REWE beverage market. Likewise, kebab store, pizzeria and Chinese takeaway are not far away. Behind the apartment spacious fields invite you for a walk.

Ich bin Janko, 35 Jahre alt, habe vor Ewigkeiten Physik studiert und arbeite jetzt als Softwareentwickler. Ich wohne hier schon seit sechs Jahren und bin ein ruhiger jedoch aufgeschlossener Mensch.

Wir sind eine ordentliche WG die Wert auf ein Mindestmaß an Ordnung legt. Nichts wildes, aber eben so dass man sich wohl fühlt. Die Hausarbeiten teilen wir auf, wie es eben jedem gerade passt. Eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine sind vorhanden, die Wäsche kann im Keller in einem extra Raum zum trocknen aufgehängt werden.

Coronabedingt versuche ich momentan, meine Kontakte zu minimieren und arbeite von zu Hause aus. In normalen Zeiten bin ich auch immer gerne für gemeinsames Kochen, einen Spieleabend oder angeregte Gespräche zu haben. Ich wünsche mir, dass meine zukünftigen Mitbewohner ebenfalls verantwortungsbewusst mit der aktuellen Corona-Situation umgehen.

I am Janko, 35 years old, studied physics ages ago and now work as a software developer. I have been living here for six years and am a quiet but open-minded person.

We are a tidy flat-sharing community that attaches importance to a minimum of order. Nothing wild, but just so that one feels comfortable. We divide the housework as it suits everyone. A washing machine and a dishwasher are available, the laundry can be hung in the basement in an extra room to dry.

Due to Corona I try to minimize my contacts at the moment and work from home. In normal times I am also always happy to cook together, have a game evening or lively conversations. I would like my future roommates to also be responsible with the current Corona situation.

Der Preis versteht sich warm all inclusive, das heißt Internet, Strom und GEZ sind schon inbegriffen.

Zur Wohnung gehört außerdem ein Privatparkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, welcher momentan nicht genutzt wird. Außerdem ist auf dem angrenzenden Park&Ride Parkplatz immer ein kostenloser Stellplatz für Besuch oder Ähnliches verfügbar.
