**Gemütliches WG-Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim FDH zu vermieten!**
Hallo zusammen!
Ich biete ein hübsches Einzelzimmer mit eigenem Bad in einer WG im Studentenwohnheim FDH zur Untermiete an. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und steht für den Zeitraum vom (16.08-20.09) zur Verfügung.
Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Wir befinden uns in Frankfurt am Main und nur 5 Minuten entfernt liegt die U-Bahn/Bus-Station "Industriehof". Außerdem sind Aldi und Rewe nur 5-7 Gehminuten entfernt, was Einkaufen zum Kinderspiel macht.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 368 Euro, darin sind bereits alle Nebenkosten enthalten. Für die Kaution werden 200 Euro fällig, die du jedoch bei Auszug zurückerhältst.
WG-Leben: in der WG erwartet dich ein harmonisches Zusammenleben mit toleranten und aufgeschlossenen Mitbewohnern, die gerne mal gemeinsame Aktivitäten unternehmen.
Ein paar Voraussetzungen gibt es dennoch zu beachten:
- Du solltest als Student immatrikuliert sein.
- Dein Alter sollte unter 30 Jahre liegen.
- Wenn du noch nicht zuvor in diesem Studentenwohnheim gewohnt hast, ist das ein Pluspunkt.
Und hier noch ein nettes Extra: Du kannst gerne meine eigene Kaffeemaschine benutzen, denn wer mag keinen leckeren Kaffee? ;)

Hello everyone!
I'm offering a lovely single room with own bathroom in a shared apartment within the FDH Student Dormitory for sublet. The room comes fully furnished and is available from August 16th to September 20th.
The location is simply perfect! We're situated in Frankfurt am Main, with the Industriehof U-Bahn/Bus station just a 5-minute walk away. Aldi and Rewe chain shops are also conveniently located within a 5-7 minute walking distance, making grocery shopping a breeze.
The monthly rent is 368 euros, which includes all utility charges. A deposit of 200 euros is required, but it will be fully refunded upon move-out.
Internet is also included in the rent, so you'll always stay connected.
In the shared apartment, you'll find a harmonious atmosphere with open-minded and tolerant fellow students who enjoy doing activities together.
There are a few conditions to consider:
- You should be currently enrolled as a student.
- Your age should be under 30.
- If you haven't lived in this student dormitory before, that's a plus!
As an added perk, you're welcome to use my personal coffee machine because, let's be honest, who doesn't love coffee? ;)
