Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert, inklusiv Kommode, offener Kleiderschrank, großes Doppelbett, Nebentisch und Schreibtisch, unter anderem. Zudem gibt es ein großes Fenster mit schönem Blick und schnelles WLAN. Dank des Fensters ist das Zimmer angenehm hell.
Das Haus ist ein Altbau mit hohen Decken und schönen alten Holztüren, bei der U-Bahn Hausener Weg. Das Haus hat einen schönen Garten im Hof, wo man im Sommer auch gut grillen kann. In der Küche gibt es einen Balkon, auf dem man schön sitzen und sich erholen kann.
Die Wohnung hat eine Waschmaschine und ein voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine.
Eine Putzfrau kommt regelmäßig und reinigt alle Gemeinschaftsbereiche (in der Miete inklusive).
Da das Zimmer voll möbliert ist, übernimmst du eine Abstandszahlung von 150 Euro. Die Möbeln sind dann im Endeffekt dein Eigentum.

I am moving out of my beautiful room in Frankfurt, right next to the U-Bahn line U6.
My room has everything you need to have a stay in Frankfurt: a bed, a nightstand, a dresser, a clothing area, and a desk, among others. The room has access to the apartment's quick internet connection (150Mb/s). The room also has a big and bright window, thanks in part to the pre-war building construction.
The building is a rare pre-war building with high ceilings, and very elegant wooden frames and doors. The building is regularly cleaned and maintained by the admin staff. The building also has a big garden and a BBQ area, which can be great for the warm summers in the city.
The kitchen also has a beautiful balcony, where you can sit and relax in the fresh summer breeze. The kitchen also is fully-equipped, and has a washing machine and a dishwasher (handy for dinner parties!).
A cleaning lady tidies up all common areas on a regular basis (this is included in the total rent).
Since I'm leaving all furniture behind, you will have to provide a payment of 150 Euros. This entitles you to full ownership of all the furniture in the room.
Die Wohnung ist verkehrstechnisch super angebunden. U-Bahn (U6) und Bus (Linie 34) sind ca. 30 Sekunden entfernt, Haltestelle ist jeweils Hausener Weg. Die Ubahn fährt alle 6 Minuten in der Spitzenzeit.
Die U-Bahn zur Hauptwache dauert etwa 11 min. Ins Zentrum von Rödelheim sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten, oder man nimmt den Bus, dann sind es 2 Minuten. Im Zentrum von Rödelheim sind mehrere Supermärkte, Banken, und andere lokale Geschäfte. Der Bahnhof mit der S-Bahn, die in Richtung Innenstadt bzw. Eschborn/Kronberg/Bad Homburg fährt, befindet sich auch im Zentrum vom Stadtteil.

There's a subway stop (U6, overground in this area) about 30 seconds away, as well as a cross-town bus (34) right next to it. There's trains every 6 minutes during rush hour.
The ride into town (Hauptwache) takes about 11 minutes, even less to trendy Bockenheim (about 4 minutes). There's a bakery and a kiosk right next to the apartment. Rödelheim's "downtown" is a 10 minute walk away, or a 2 min bus ride. You'll find numerous supermarkets, banks, and other local businesses (including very good roasted coffee!).
There's also a commuter train (S-bahn) stop for Rödelheim, which will take you anywhere within the entire Rhein-Main metropolitan area within minutes.
Momentan wohnen in der WG vier Männer, alle berufstätig: ein Jurist, ein Berater, ein Student und ein Informatiker. Ich mache gerade meinen Master in International Economics and Public Policy an der Goethe Uni.
There's currently 4 roommates in the apartment: a lawyer, a consultant, a student, an an IT expert. I myself am doing my master's in Int'l Economics and Public Policy at the Uni of Frankfurt.
I'd rather answer texts/emails than talk to you, since most of the time I'll be at work, in class, or in the library
