Die Wohnung mit hohen Decken und großen Fenstern liegt in einer
Seitenstraße. Hinter dem Haus beginnt direkt der Park. Von der
7-Minuten-nahen S-Station „Rödelheim Bahnhof“ sind es 9 Minuten bis zum
Hauptbahnhof und die U7-Station „Hausener Weg“ ist auch nicht weit. In
kurzer Laufdistanz finden sich Supermärkte von Penny bis Bio-Luxus,
Apotheken, Einzelhandel, Restaurants und Imbisse, Trinkhallen und das
centro.

The apartment with high ceilings and large windows is located in a side street. Behind the house begins directly the park. From the station "Rödelheim Bahnhof", which is only 7 minutes away, it takes 9 minutes to the main station and the U7 station "Hausener Weg" is also not far. Close by supermarkets ranging from Penny to Bio-Luxus, pharmacies, restaurants and bakeries, bars and the centro.

Gesucht werden herzliche Mitbewohner*innen, d* Lust auf ein
gemütliches, herzliches Zuhause hat und die Kombination von
verlässlicher Verantwortungsübernahme bei gleichzeitigem Freiraum für
unterschiedliche Alltagsgestaltungen & Lebensentwürfe ebenso schätzt
wie wir.

Auf die ein oder andere Weise leben wir quer zur binären und/oder
heteronormativen Geschlechternorm und fänden es schön, weitere
Feminist_innen, Queers & Perverse zu finden, die das gute Leben mit uns
teilen. Rassismuserfahrungen erlebt keine*r von uns und die
Auseinandersetzung mit unseren damit (und auch anderen)
einhergehenden Privilegien ist uns wichtig. Ansonsten Lohnarbeiten drei
von uns und eine schreibt gerade an ihrer Masterarbeit.
Wir sind zwischen 27 und 36 Jahren alt. Ab Herbst wird in Teilzeit das Baby einer Mitbewohnerin regelmäßig in der WG zu Besuch sein - Erwartungen an eine Erziehungsmitverantwortung sind damit nicht verbunden, aber eine gewisse Offenheit für das Leben mit Kindern wäre schön!

We are looking for open roommates, who are looking for a cosy home and with a reliable assumption of responsibility with simultaneous free space for different daily routines.
In one way or another we live crosswise to the binary and/or heteronormative gender norm and would like to see more feminists, queer & perverts who share the good life with us. None of us experiences racism and the confrontation with our privileges is important to us. Otherwise, three of us work and one of us is currently writing her master's thesis.
We are between 27 and 36 years old. Starting in the fall, a roommate's baby will be a regular visitor to the WG on a part-time basis - expectations of shared parenting responsibility are not associated with this, but some openness to life with children would be nice!

Die Kosten teilen wir solidarisch auf. Im Schnitt sind es pro Zimmer
410€. Gewisse Umverteilungsmöglichkeiten bestehen durchaus, so dass die Frage nach der
Miethöhe für Dich nicht ausschlaggebend sein sollte, Dich bei uns zu melden.

Treffen zum Kennenlernen könnten am Donnerstag, den 22. Juli abends und am Dienstag, den 27. Juli nachmittags und abends stattfinden. Live und online ginge beides.

We share the costs in solidarity. On average per room 410€. Certain redistribution possibilities exist, so that the question of the rent amount should not be the deciding factor for you to join us.
Meetings to get to know each other could take place on Thursday, July 22th in the evening and on Tuesday, July 27th in the afternoon and evening. we could meet Live and online both would work for us.
