Since I am doing an internship out of the city I am subletting my WG room for 4 months. The room is big and bright. I leave all of my furniture so you will not have to buy your own. Furthermore, the apartment consists of 3 rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom (the shower and toilet are separate rooms, which is pretty convenient for a WG).
Also, note that the internet is included into the Nebenkosten.
The best about the place is its location and connectivity. When walking you will be:
- 5 minutes away from Lokalbahnhof
-10 minutes away from Südbahnhof
-15 minutes away from the Main
There are also a great variety of supermarkets nearby including Rewe, Edeka, and Aldi. All are within a 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. Furthermore, there is also a FitSevenEleven 5 minutes away.
We are a friendly WG consisting of me (Mateo), Tugce (artist/student), and Arndt (lawyer). We enjoy spending time with each other but also respect each other's privacy and own time. Once in a while, we have dinner and breakfast together, but most of the time everyone is doing their own thing (studying/working). Moreover, English is the language we usually use at the WG.
Being clean is of course very important. We like to keep the common areas as clean as possible for the others, and for that reason, we have a cleaning schedule. Of course, I also expect you to take good care of my furniture.
