Hallo zusammen,
Ich und mein Mitbewohner ziehen aus unser schönen Altbauwohnung aus und suchen zwei neue Mitbewohnerinnen oder Mitbewohner für die beiden Zimmer.
Beide Zimmer haben Holzböden und große Fenster zur Südseite. Außerdem haben die Zimmer hohe Decken. Dadurch sind beide Zimmer sehr hell. 😊
In dem kleineren Zimmer, das etwa 16 m² groß ist, wird mein Mitbewohner das Sofa, das Regal, das Sidebord und die Kommode im Zimmer lassen und will für alles 200€ haben. Er hatte eine Hochebene zum Schlafen eingebaut nimmt die Hochebene aber mit.
Das zweite und größere Zimmer ist etwa 20 m² groß. Ich werde auch einige meiner Möbel dort lassen. Vor allem die beiden Sessel, das Sofa und den Kleiderschrank. Über den Preis können wir aber noch sprechen. Wenn Du die Möbel nicht willst kann ich sie auch vorher verkaufen. Wenn du Pflanzen magst, können auch einige meiner Pflanzen übernommen werden.
Die übliche Wohnung besteht aus einer großen Küche, einer großen Diele, einem kleinen Bad und einem Balkon. In der Wohnung gibt es nur eine Dusche. Die Dusche befindet sich im Zimmer unserer Mitbewohnerin. Das war für uns nie ein Problem, Nieves ist unkompliziert und wir haben uns abgesprochen. Aber man sollte sich der Situation bewusst sein.
Me and my flatmate are moving out. We are looking for two new flatmates for the two rooms.
Both rooms have wooden floors and large windows facing south. This makes both rooms very bright. Furthermore, the rooms have high ceilings. 😊
In the smaller room, which is about 16 m², my flatmate has left the sofa, the shelf, the sideboard and the chest of drawers in the room and wants 200€ for everything. He had built in a mezzanine for sleeping. He is taking the mezzanine with him.
The larger room is about 20 m². I will also leave some of my furniture there. Especially the two armchairs, the sofa and the wardrobe. We can talk about the price when it is time and If you don't want the furniture, I can sell it beforehand. If you like plants you can also take over some of my plants.
The usual flat consists of a large kitchen, a large hallway, a small bathroom and a balcony. There is only one shower in the flat. The shower is in our flatmate's room. This was not a problem for us, Nieves is uncomplicated and we have agreed on everything. But you should be aware of the situation.
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen Sachsenhausens, direkt zwischen den Stationen Süd-Bahnhof und Lokalbahnhof.von dort fahren diverse Busse, U-Bahnen, S-Bahnen und Straßenbahnen regelmäßig.
In unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung liegen Cafes, Restaurants, Bars und Kneipen. Als Einkaufstraßen liegt die Schweizer Straße und die Brückenstraße um die Ecke. Der Main ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Weitere Läden aller Art (Supermärkte, Drogerie Apotheke, Eis Bücher usw.) sind zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.
The flat is located in the heart of Sachsenhausen, directly between the Süd-Bahnhof and Lokalbahnhof. Buses, Underground Trains, Suburban Trains and Trams run regularly from there.
Cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs are in the immediate vicinity of the flat. Shopping streets like Schweizer Straße and Brückenstraße are around the corner as well. The Main River is also a 10-minute walk away.
Other shops of all kinds (supermarkets, drugstore pharmacy, ice-cream books, etc.) are within a short walking distance.
Du lebst zusammen mit Nieves. Wenn Nieves nicht gerade Arbeitet ist sie gerne aktiv auf Konzerten, macht Ausflüge und ist auch zum Feiern immer zu haben. Auch zu Hause ist sie bei vielen neuen Projekten dabei und wenn es passt sitzen wir zum trinken, essen, etwas spielen oder reden zusammen. Auch Nieves Freund Jonas ist öfter in der WG anzutreffen.
Da sich das Bad und der Balkon in Nieves Zimmer befinden, solltest du es mögen Räume zu teilen und die Wohnung zu einem Zuhause zu machen, anstatt ein unabhängiges Zimmer-Leben zu haben. Und immer mit Respekt, "leben und leben lassen". So haben wir es bisher gemacht.
Nieves kommt aus Spanien. In der WG haben wir bissiger meistens Englisch geredet. Spanisch oder Deutsch ist auch möglich. 😊
You live together with Nieves. When Nieves is not at work, she likes to be active at concerts, go on excursions and is always available for partying. She is also involved in many new projects at home and when it suits us we sit together to drink, eat, play something or talk.
Since some of the common areas (bath and balcony) are in one of the room , you should enjoy sharing spaces and make the flat a home rather than a totally independent rooms / lifes. And always with respect, "leben und leben lassen".
Nieves is from Spain. In the shared flat we mostly spoke English. Spanish or German is also possible.
Die Wohnung ist nicht renoviert und ausgestattet mit einem Frankfurtet Bad. Das heißt, dass die einzige Dusche bei Nieves im Zimmer ist. Nieves ist hier unkompliziert und bisher war dies für uns nie ein Problem. Allerdings sollte dir die Situation bewusst sein und dich nicht stören. :)
Unsere Hausverwaltung ist ein bisschen schwierig und möchte Mieter mit einem eigenen Einkommen. Das ist nervig wir können aber leider nichts daran ändern. Ein Nebenjob sollte hier im Zweifel aber auch ausreichen.

The flat has not been renovated and is equipped with a „Frankfurt bath“. This means that the only shower is in the Nieves room. Nieves is uncomplicated and so far this has never been a problem for us. However, you should be aware of the situation and not be bothered by it. :)
The management of the house is a bit difficult and wants people with their own income. That's annoying, but unfortunately we can't do anything about it. But I guess a part-time job should also be enough.
