Hello Future Flatmate
we're looking for a friendly new flatmate to come join us in our cosy 3room apartment in Sachsenhausen from mid March (latest 1sr April).
*ALERT* Our flat has a little situation: the room available (with balcony :) ) has the only shower/bath of the flat. To fit this situation we've simply organized our respective routines, where the room is free for 10/15min for shower (usually when this flatmate is cooking or at work; not earlier than 8am and not later than 9pm). The work-around that has functioned very well so far. Should you not be the earliest bird in the nest, there would also be the option of switching with one of the other flatmates and moving in a slightly smaller room instead (~16m2).

The flat is ideally situated between Südbahnhof and Lokalbahnhof.
Groceries (Rewe, Aldi, Alnatura, dm), Harmonie cinema, cafés, restaurants, public transport (bus, train and metro station) are all 5min walk away.
The Main river is 10 min walk away and the apartment is situated in a relatively quiet location with good amount of sunlight :)
As flatmates we like to sit together for a drink occasionally (on the balcony in the summer!), but nothing is a "must". We are easy going people coming from different cultural backgrounds (German, Indian, Belgian/French/Swiss) with a general sense of cleanliness. The most important thing for us is communication and understanding each other. :)
The bed, desk with chair and wardrobe would be taken over for 50Eur.
