I have found a new apartment and now it is time to say goodbye to this nice 2-er WG in Sachenhausen. The apartment is nice, with a brand new kitchen (made in Oct 2020) and a nice balcony (sun rays in the afternoon). The room is spacious (approx. 18qm), warm and furnished. The room will be available on the 01.05.2021.
The flat is located in a very nice area in Sachenhausen. It takes you just a 15min walk to the Main area, and 3 min to the next tram station / 10 min to Frankfurt Südbahnhof. Aldi, Lidl, Hit, pharmacies and restaurants are just around the corner. Everything can be easily reached :)
My wonderful roomate is called Jenny. She is a very warm, positive and caring person who likes to cook, bake (you can't miss that!) and socialize in the evenings/weekend. You can get to know her if you come to visit :)
The costs of existing equipments/furniture (500€) includes the bed, wardrobe, TV board, storage shelves (room and bathroom), kitchen utensils/equipments, and the furniture in the hall area.
