Willkommen am Schweizer Platz im schönen Sachsenhausen. Ein Zimmer in einer 3er WG frei.
Die freien Zimmer sind 16 Quadratmeter groß und sind teilmöbliert. Neben einem Einzelbett, einem Schreibtisch plus Stuhl ist noch ein Kleiderschrank enthalten. Zusätzlich zu den insgesamt drei Schlafzimmern gibt es in der Wohnung ein Wohn- / Esszimmer (15 m²), eine große Küche (12 m²), ein Badezimmer (10 m²) und eine Gästetoilette.
Die Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Neben Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle haben wir auch eine Spülmaschine und wlan!
Welcome to the Schweizer Platz in the beautiful center of Sachsenhausen. We are looking for a new flat mate to move into a 16 square meter room that are semi-furnished. They contain a single bed, a desk and chair as well as a clothes closet. In total there are three bedrooms in the apartment, plus a living / dining room (15 m²), a large kitchen (12 m²), a bathroom (10 m²) and a guest toilet. It is located on the fourth floor of a typical Frankfurt town house.
The kitchen has everything thats’s needed: an oven and an electric stove, fridge, microwave, dish washer and wlan!
Die WG befindet sich im vierten Stock eines schönen Altbaus in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Schweizer Platz. Dort findet man alles was man für das tägliche Leben braucht. In 2 Minuten ist man bei der U-Bahn Schweizer Platz und in ca. 5 Minuten am Südbahnhof. Zusätzlich sind mehrere Straßenbahnlinien gut zu erreichen (15, 16 und 19). Zum Mainufer sind es gerade mal 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
You will find yourself anywhere in Frankfurt very fast as this flat is well connected to public transport: Underground station Schweizer Platz in 2 minutes, Südbahnhof in around 5 minutes. Multiple tram lines nearby (15, 16, and 19), the river Main 5 minutes walk away. All the shops are just on Schweizer strasse 2 minures away.
Wir suchen einen berufstätigen Nachmieter. Sauberkeit und einen respektvollen Umgang setzen wir voraus. Eine Putzfrau kommt einmal in der Woche und hilft uns, die Sauberkeit der Gemeinschaftsräume im Blick zu behalten.
We are looking for a calm flat mate that is in a steady job. Pre-requisite is tidiness and respectful co-residence. A cleaning lady comes once a week and helps us keep on top of the cleanliness of the communial areas.
Lim (21) ist im dritten Studenjahr und Alex (27) arbeitet als Berater in einer Baufirma. Sie sind wirklich ruhig und die Stimmung ist gut.
