The room is in a 3 room apartment, that means, you will be sharing the apartment with 2 other people. The apartment is completely furnished, meaning you will have everything you need for this month. The room is about 16m2, has great natural light and view of the street. It features a double bed, a bedside table, a desk, a clothes rack, a mirror and a furniture with drawers and a few other things.
Kitchen is fully equiped, with dishwasher and washing machine.
The apartment is located in Frankfurt's Sachsenhausen. The river is whitin a 2 min. walking distance. The area has tons of bars and restaurants at walking distance, but yet is quiet for the location. It also has great connections to public transportation:
- Lokalbahnhof (S and Tram): 5 min. walk
- Südbahnhof (U and S): 10 min. walk
- Mühlberg (S): 7 min. walk
You have access to every S-Bahn line whitin max. 7 min. walking.
Schweizer Platz and city center is also 15 min. walking, which makes the location perfect.
In the flat, you will be sharing the space with 2 others. Me (Pedro, M23) and João (M23). We are both brazilians and are studying communication design in Frankfurt.
Life at the apartment is usually pretty calm, we like to listen to music and go out on the weekends for drinks and partying, or staying home and playing cards or just talking.
The building has a back garden, where is possible to do barbecues and social gatherings. It also features a biking rack in case you have one. A space in the basement is also available, in case you have things to storage.
We are looking for a clean, organised person, thats is preferably around our age.
Preferred dates would be 1st - 30th Ausgust, but shorter periods would also be possible :)
