Dein Zimmer in unserer renovierten Altbau-Wohnung ist unmöbliert und hat ca 20 Quadratmeter. Bei Bedarf können auch Möbel von unserem Vermieter übernommen werden. Bei Interesse kann ich dir gerne Bilder davon schicken.

The room in our renovated flat is unfurnished but if needed furniture can be provided from our landlord. Just let me know and I will send you some pictures.
We also habe a living room where you can hang out as well.
Die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Haustür und mit dem Bus ist man in 10 min in Rödelheim oder in 15 min in Höchst. Mit der S-Bahn ist man dann in ca 15 min in der Innenstadt Frankfurts.
In der Nähe befindet sich Lidl, Rewe oder Penny alles zu Fuß oder auch mit dem Bus zu erreichen.

The bustop is located right in front of our house and will take you to Rödelheim or Höchst. Eschborn is also next to our district. From there you can take a S-Bahn connection to the city centre.
A couple grocery stores like Lidl, Rewe or Penny are in footwalking distance.
Unser WG Leben ist sehr einfach gestaltet. Durch letztes Jahr sind meine Mitbewohnerin Barbara und ich sehr gute Freunde geworden, die in der WG auch einiges zusammen machen, aber gleichzeitig die Privatsphäre von anderen respektieren. Sei es ein kleiner Plausch in der Küche, zusammen kochen oder lange Unterhaltungen auf dem Sofa im Wohnzimmer, Barbara ist für immer alles zu haben. Sie kommt aus Kroatien, arbeitet bei Dean & David und lernt gerade Deutsch. Deswegen unterhalten wir uns immer in Englisch, weil es für sie einfach ist und ich mein Englisch trainieren konnte.
Einen Putzplan haben wir auch und alle anderen Gelegenheiten, die die WG betreffen, besprechen wir immer offen miteinander. Falls du Anregungen oder neue Ideen zum Wg Leben hast, sprich sie einfach an, denn in unserer WG ist die obere Prio, dass du dich wohl fühlst.

The flatshare life is pretty simple. Over the last year us roomates became good friends and since I am also leaving the flat in march I would like somebody who gets along with Barbara as well and likes to do some stuff together like cooking, chilling or just talk about life for hours. Since Barbara comes from Croatia we mostly speak English since she’s not yet proficient in German.
But if you want your privacy it’s not a big problem since everybody will respect that.
If you also have ideas about improving living together feel free to mention them because the biggest priority in our flat is to feel completely comfortable.
Since we recently bought some furniture for our balcony and the living room it would be nice if you could give a share of 60 EUR.
