da ich bald für 6 Monate verreise, biete ich mein WG-Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an.
Vergeben wird das Zimmer ab Mitte Mai bis Anfang Dezember (auf Wunsch auch inklusive Dezember und Jänner).
Möbel (Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Lattenrost+Matratze, usw.) sind vorhanden.
Es gibt 2 Fenster, mit exzellenter Aussicht auf Eichhörnchen und Raben im Währingerpark.
Die Straße vor dem Gebäude ist relativ ruhig. Es fahren recht wenige Autos, allerdings viele Straßenbahnen.

since I'm going abroad for 6 month, I'm offering my apartment room for rent while I'm gone.
The room is available from the middle of May until the start of December (if you wish to include December and January, thats ok too)
furniture (wardrobe, desk, mattress and bedframe, etc) are included.
There are 2 windows, with an excellent view on squirrels and ravens in the Währingerpark.
The street in front of the building is quite calm. There are not many cars but some trams.

Vom gelegentlichen gemeinsamen Kaffee und Klatsch in der Küche abgesehen kochen und waschen wir für gewöhnlich nicht zusammen.
Allerdings gab es auch schon gemütliche, gemeinsame Kochabende, an denen, unter anderem, das selbstgemachte, köstliche Eis meines Mitbewohners verspeist wurde.
