Mein möbliertes Zimmer im Reuterweg wird vom 01.03.2020 frei.
(WICHTIG: Anmeldung wäre erst ab April möglich)
Die 20 qm bieten viel Platz.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet. Es gibt eine zusätzliche Kosten für die Möbel in höhe von 250€. Alle Möbel sind in gutem Zustand. Dazu gehören: Ein Sofa, Tisch, Schreibtisch, PC-Stuhl, ein großer praktischer Kleiderschrank (das einzige, was leicht beschädigt ist), Matratze (kann loswerden, wenn gewünscht) und einen Fernseher. Daher ist keine Kaution fällig.
Die Wohnung besteht insgesamt aus 4 Zimmern und einem Flur, der die Möglichkeit zum Essen bietet. Neben einer soliden Küche verfügt die Wohnung noch über 2 Bäder und sogar einen Abstell- bzw. Wäscheraum.
Die Wohnung ist großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, aber Marmorböden und goldene Wasserhähne gibt es bei uns - trotz Lage im schicken Westenend - nicht :))
Ansonsten haben wir einen Keller und es ist Platz im Hinterhof oder im Keller für ein Fahrrad usw. vorhanden.

My furnished room in Reuterweg will be free from 01.03.2022.
(IMPORTANT: Registration would be possible from April on).
20 Square meters will allow a lot of space.
The room will be rented out furnished. There is an additional cost for the furniture for 300€. All the furniture are in good condition. That includes: A couch, table, desk, computer chair, a big practical wardrobe (the only thing that is slightly damaged), Mattress (can get rid of, if wanted) and a TV. Instead, there is no deposit needed.
The apartment consists of 4 rooms all together, and a spatial corridor which provides the opportunity of dining as well.
Apart from a kitchen with all the facilities, there are also two bathroom/toilets (both with bathtub) and a laundry room.
The apartment is cosy and equipped with everything one needs.
Apart from that, we also have a basement and there is a space in the back yard to lock your bike.
Die WG liegt sehr zentral und praktisch: In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der Alten Oper, in 2 Minuten beim Bus Haltestelle Kronbergstraße und in 5 Minuten an der U-Bahn Grüneburgweg.
Der Grüneburgpark ist im Sommer zum Chillen oder ganzjährig zum Joggen sehr attraktiv (10 Min zu Fuß), ansonsten gibt es ein paar nette Cafés in der Nähe.
"Unser" Penny ist genau auf der anderen Straßenseite ;)
Rewe und DM sind in ein paar weiteren Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Falls du Student am Campus Westend bist, ist die Uni zu Fuß ebenfalls innerhalb von 5-15 Minuten erreichbar, je nachdem wo genau du auf den Campus musst.

The apartment is located quite central: In 10 minutes on foot you can reach the Alte Oper, in 2 minutes to the bus station Krönbergstraße and only 5 minutes to the U-Bahn station Grüneburgweg.
The Grüneburg Park is during the summer a nice place to go for jogging or chilling or anyhow throughout the whole year a nice spot. Apart from this, there are a handful of nice bars and restaurants in the corner.
Our beloved Penny is just on the other side of the street :)
Rewe and dm are just in a few minutes to reach.
If you are studying in Campus Westend, the uni is also reachable in just a few minutes on foot.
Wir sind eine lustige 4er-WG (Zwei Jung und zwei Mädel), die eine(n) neue(n) 4. Mitbewohner/in zur Zwischenmiete sucht!
Ein bisschen was zu uns:
Wir sind eine bunte Mischung aus Studenten- und Berufstätigen-WG :)
Wir haben keine festen "WG-Rituale" - finden uns aber immer irgendwie spontan zusammen und quatschen zu Kaffee/ Wein/ Kochen/ Essen. Jeder so wie er Lust und Zeit hat - und wenn man die mal nicht hat, ist auch keiner sauer ;)
Ansonsten:
Da wir meist früh aufstehen müssen, ist Rücksichtnahme in den Abendstunden wichtig :)
Rauchen sollte vornehmlich auf dem kleinen Balkon in der Küche statt finden.

We are a shared flat of 4 (two guys and two girls), who are looking for a new 4th flatmate.
A bit about us:
We are a mixture of student- and employed people.
We don't have a firm ritual but somehow find ourselves chatting over a coffee, dinner or a glass of wine spontaneously. Whenever someone is in the mood for it of course! And when one is not, that's not a big deal :)
Otherwise:
Since some of us wake up quite early in the morning, it is important to consider the silence in the evenings.
Smoking is allowed on the small balcony in the kitchen.
Zu dir:
Wir haben keine genauen Vorstellungen, wen wir suchen - also schreibt uns einfach und stellt euch ein bisschen vor, was ihr so macht, wie ihr so seid, usw. Alles ganz locker und frei von der Leber weg ;) Natürlich auch wenn ihr Fragen habt, einfach her damit!
