3er WG sucht nice/n Mitbewohner/in

die Lage ist perfekt, besser geht es kaum.

U-Bahnstation Festhalle/Messe: 1 Gehminute
Skyline Plaza: 5 Gehminuten
Campus Bockenheim: 10 Gehminuten / 5min Bahn
Campus Westend: 15 min mit dem Fahrrad/ 15 min Bahn
Hauptbahnhof: von Tür zu Tür 5 Minuten

Die Parksituation ist perfekt, man findet zu 95% einen (anwohnerfreien!) Parkplatz .
Unter uns ist das japanische Ramenrestaurant Ramen Jun (gilt als einer der besten Japaner der Stadt).
Ansonsten liegt die Wohnung in einer Seitenstrasse der Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage, man hört den Verkehr ein bisschen, aber er ist nicht wirklich störend.

The parking situation is perfect, you can find a (resident-free!) parking space 95% of the time .
Below us is the Japanese ramen restaurant Ramen Jun (considered one of the best Japanese restaurants in the city).
Besides, the apartment is located in a side street of the Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage, you can hear the traffic a bit, but it is not really disturbing.

Hi :D wir sind Lisa und Janis und suchen ab sofort eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in! Wir sind selbst gerade erst in die WG eingezogen, daher erlebst du mit uns sozusagen die Gründung der WG.

Ein cooles Miteinander und keine reine Zweck-Gemeinschaft ist uns echt wichtig :D! Abends gemeinsam was Kochen, ein, zwei Bierchen trinken und dabei über Gott und die Welt, gesellschaftliche Fragen und Politik diskutieren wäre auf jeden fall nice :D. Natürlich hat in der WG aber auch jeder Raum für sich!

Kurz zu uns: ich (Janis) studiere Philosophie und VWL, mache gerne Sport und höre elektronische Musik. Lisa studiert Medizin, geht gerne schwimmen, liest gerne und zockt gerne Karten :D ansonsten treibt sie sich auf Floh- bzw. Antikmärkten rum.

Hi :D we are Lisa and Janis and are looking for a new roommate right away! We have just moved into the WG ourselves, so you will experience the foundation of the WG with us.

A cool co-living and no pure purpose community is really important to us :D! It would be nice if you also want to do flat cooking in the evening, drinking one or two beers and discussing about the world, social questions and politics :D. Of course, everyone in the WG will get the space for themselves!

A few works about us: I (Janis) study philosophy and economics, I like to do sports and listen to electronic music. Lisa studies medicine, likes to swim, read and play cards :D otherwise she likes to go to flea markets and antique markets.

Der Abschlag für die Gemeinschaftsmöbel beträgt 200 Euro. Alle Gemeinschaftsmöbel gehen zu 1/3 in deinen Besitz über. Dein Vormieter will seinen Schrank für 50€ drin lassen. Die Küche wird zwischen den Jahren erneuert. Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 550€ ALL-IN (Strom, Internet, Gas, GEZ). Wir freuen uns sehr auf deine Nachricht :-)!

The take over price for the communal furniture is 200 euros. All communal furniture becomes 1/3 of your property. Your previous tenant wants to leave his closet for 50€. The kitchen will be renewed soon. The total rent is 550€ ALL-IN (electricity, internet, gas, GEZ). We are looking forward to your message :-)!
