bald werden 2 Zimmer in unserer WG frei, die beide ab sofort besichtigt werden können.

Der angegebene monatliche Preis versteht sich all-in; d.h. inkl. Strom, Heizung, Rundfunk-Gebühr, WLAN-Flat und Putzfrau 1x pro Woche (Putzfrau für Gemeinschaftsräume wie Bäder, Küche, Flur).

Zur Lage: Die Wohnung liegt in bester Frankfurter Westendlage und die beiden nächsten U-Bahn Stationen Westend (650 Meter) und Messe (600 Meter) sind nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Zu Fuß erreicht man sowohl die Alte Oper als auch den Hauptbahnhof in weniger als 15 Minuten. Alternativ kommt man auch an beide Orte mit der U-Bahn (jeweils 1 Station). Beim nächsten REWE ist man in 2 Minuten und die Erholung gibt’s auch gleich um die Ecke. Der Palmengarten ist 5 Minuten und der Grüneburgpark circa 7 Minuten entfernt.

Zur Wohnung: Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Die Decken sind 2,7 Meter hoch und in allen Zimmern (bis auf Bäder und Küche) ist Echtholz-Parkett verlegt. Die sehr geräumige Küche hat etwas über 20 qm und ist mit einem E-Herd, einem großen Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Zusätzlich gibt es noch einen großen Eingangsbereich/ Flur, der auch als Wohnzimmer genutzt wird und möbliert ist. Dort steht auch eine gemütliche Couch allen Bewohnern zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung hat 2 Bäder, wobei eines davon mit einer Dusche und das andere mit einer Badewanne bestückt ist. WC's sind natürlich in beiden Bädern. Eine WLAN-Flat ist vorhanden und die Wohnung wird wöchentlich von einer zuverlässigen Putzfrau gereinigt. Sowohl das Internet, die Putzfrau als auch alle sonstigen Nebenkosten wie Strom, Heizung, Warmwasser und sonstige Umlagen sind in der Warmmiete berücksichtigt.

Ganz kurz zu uns: Alle WG-Bewohner sind berufstätig und jeder macht etwas ganz anderes. Was die Bewohner jedoch gemeinsam haben, ist der Wunsch in einer WG ein angenehmes Zusammenleben zu pflegen. Ziel ist, auch weiterhin eine lebenswerte Wohngemeinschaft darzustellen, die keiner reinen Zweck-WG entspricht.

The specified monthly price is all-inclusive; i.e. including electricity, heating, radio fee, WLAN flat rate and cleaning lady once a week (cleaning lady for common rooms such as bathrooms, kitchen, hallway).

About the location: The apartment is in the best Frankfurt Westend location and the two nearest underground stations Westend (650 meters) and Messe (600 meters) are just a stone's throw away. Both the Alte Oper and the main train station can be reached on foot in less than 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can get to both places by underground (1 station each). The next REWE is 2 minutes away and relaxation is also just around the corner. The palm garden is 5 minutes away and the Grüneburgpark about 7 minutes away.

About the apartment: The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. The ceilings are 2.7 meters high and real wood parquet is laid in all rooms (except for the bathrooms and kitchen). The very spacious kitchen has a little over 20 square meters and is equipped with an electric stove, a large refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a large entrance area / hallway, which is also used as a living room and is furnished. There is also a comfortable couch available to all residents.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Toilets are of course in both bathrooms. A WLAN flat rate is available and the apartment is cleaned weekly by a reliable cleaning lady. Both the internet, the cleaning lady and all other ancillary costs such as electricity, heating, hot water and other charges are included in the warm rent.

Briefly about us: All flat share residents are employed and everyone does something completely different. What the residents have in common, however, is the desire to maintain a pleasant coexistence in a shared apartment. The aim is to continue to present a livable residential community that does not correspond to a purely purpose-built flat share.
