Hi there :-)
I'm looking for a communicative and respectful flatmate for a flat near Ostbahnhof (3 mins by foot)
I speak German too, but am most comfortable with English and Korean. When you write me, please include the word "federweisser", so I know you actually read the info :
The room is 15 m² and unfurnished. (Some furnitures can be taken over from my current flatmate) We share the corridor, kitchen and bathroom with shower. Unfortunately, there is no common space where we can sit down and eat, so we should eat in our own room.
Your room is free from 1st of November, and has 500€ warmrent. On top of this, we split the bill for WiFi, ZDF and electricity and pay about 46 euros each. So you can expect to pay around 550 per month all together.
There is a elevator (will be renovated soon) and a small storage space in the basement. Washing machine is in the bathroom, oven is in the kitchen but no dishwasher.
Please write me a brief introduction about yourself (age, why & how long are u in Frankfurt, your lifestyle, work schedule etc). And I will reach out to you when I have a feeling that we are compatible 🤗
Thanks for reading and wish you all the best 💚
By foot :
3 mins to Ostbahnhof (U6)
5 mins to European Central Bank
9 mins to Ostendstrasse (S bahn)
U6 : two stops to Konstablerwache
Rewe, DM and Apotheke just in front of the apartment, so it's definitely a prime location. Connection to the main shopping area (Hauptwache) is U6 and tram 11, takes less than 10 mins. Good restaurants and cafes are in close proximity as well.
I am a female, 30, a yogi and a frequent traveller. I'm only using the flat about half a month and sometimes working on the weekend as well, so ideally, I would also prefer weekend-shuttlers or people on-the-go and who have not so many things to bring. I do prefer a female and since we don't have a common space other than the kitchen and the bathroom, you can say it's a Zweck-WG but a friendly one ;)
For me, it is most important that we are respectful of each other's boundary and communicate kindly about cleaning & our own rules. Me and my flatmate, we used to go out eating once in 3 months or so and maintained a good relationship.
