Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer*m neuen Mitbewohner*in für unsere tolle WG in Sachsenhausen.
Das Zimmer ist mit ca. 30 qm das größte in der Wohnung und verfügt als weiteres Highlight über einen hübschen Erker. Zudem ist ein großer offener Einbauschrank vorhanden, der gg. fairen Abschlag übernommen werden soll.
Üblicherweise haben wir es immer so gehandhabt, dass die Person im größten Zimmer auch Hauptmieter*in wird. Es wäre also super wenn Du das dann übernehmen würdest.

We are looking for a new flatmate for our great shared flat in Sachsenhausen.
The room is the largest in the apartment with approx. 30 sqm and has a nice bay window as a further highlight. There is also a large open built-in wardrobe that should be taken over for a fair price.
Usually, we have always handled it in such a way that the person in the largest room also becomes the main tenant. It would therefore be great if you could take over.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in Sachsenhausen, die S-Bahnhaltestelle Lokalbahnhof ist innerhalb von ca. 3 Minuten erreichbar, nach Frankfurt Süd mit U-Bahnanbindung sind es knapp 7-10 Minuten.
In der Umgebung mangelt es nicht an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Aldi, dm, Lidl, Alnatura, Rewe…), Fitnesstudios (Elements, fitness first, 7.11) oder Bars und Restaurants. Auch ein Kino ist direkt um die Ecke und der Main ist in 10 min fußläufig zu erreichen.

The apartment is very centrally located in Sachsenhausen, the S-Bahn station Lokalbahnhof can be reached within approx. 3 minutes, to Frankfurt Süd with subway connection it is just 7-10 minutes.
There is no shortage of shops in the area (Edeka, Aldi, dm, Lidl, Alnatura, Rewe...), fitness studios (Elements, fitness first, 7.11) or bars and restaurants. There is also a movie theater just around the corner and the Main River can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind Sofía (26) und Flo (31). Wir sind alle berufstätig und relativ viel unterwegs, aber wenn wir es schaffen, sitzen wir super gerne in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon zusammen zum Frühstücken oder auf ein Glas Wein oder testen uns durch leckere Frankfurter Restaurants. Voraussichtlich wird in der nächsten Zeit noch weiteres Zimmer frei werden - Du könntest es also schon aktiv mitgestalten, wer sonst noch zusammen mit Dir hier wohnen wird.
Um Putzpläne etc. muss man sich keine Gedanken machen - alle zwei Wochen kommt unsere Putzfee und reinigt die Gemeinschaftsräume.

Your flatmates are Sofía (26) and Flo (31). We all work and we travel from time to time, but when we can, we love to sit together in the kitchen or on the balcony for breakfast or a glass of wine, or try out some delicious Frankfurt restaurants. Another room is likely to become available in the near future - so you could actively help to decide who else will be living here with you.
You don't have to worry about cleaning schedules etc. - our cleaning fairy comes every two weeks and cleans the communal areas.
Das Einzugsdatum ist etwas flexibel, bei Bedarf könnten wir auch über einen früheren oder späteren Termin sprechen.
Ich bezahle im Moment für das Zimmer 803 € mit allem, also inkl. NK, Heizung, Strom, Internet und Rundfunkbeitrag. Der Vermieter hat aber angekündigt, die Miete um ca. 5% anzuheben, daher habe ich wie oben angegeben die neue Miete geschätzt.
Gib uns gerne Bescheid, wann Du einmal zur Besichtigung vorbeikommen könntest. Wir freuen uns!

The move-in date is a little flexible, if necessary we could also talk about an earlier or later date.
I'm currently paying €803 for the room with everything, including utilities, heating, electricity, internet and broadcasting fee. However, the landlord has announced that he will raise the rent by about 5%, so I have estimated the new rent as stated above.
