Das Zimmer ist sehr schön und groß mit Stuckverzierungen an der Decke. Es ist in der WG ruhig gelegen (neben dem Wohnzimmer) mit Blick auf die Straße. Die ganze Wohnung verfügt über elektronische Rollläden, sodass Du es nach Belieben abdunkeln kannst.

The room is very nice and large with stucco decorations on the ceiling. It is quietly located in the shared flat (next to the living room) with a view of the street. The whole apartment has electronic shutters, so you can darken it as you wish.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal - sie ist ruhig gelegen, nur 5 Minuten vom Südbahnhof entfernt. Auch zum Lokalbahnhof und den angrenzenden Straßenbahnstationen sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Außerdem gibt es viele Kneipen und das Harmonie-Kino ist gleich um die Ecke.:)

The location of the flat is optimal - it is quiet and 5 minutes away from Südbahnhof. To Lokalbahnhof and the according tram stops you only need 5 minutes by foot. There are also many bars close by as well as the Harmonie cinema practically around the corner :)
Wir suchen eine*n Mitbewohner*in ab Mai 2024 in unserer schönen Wohnung in Frankfurt Sachsenhausen.
Wir, das sind Helene (33) und Mike (28). Helene arbeitet als Journalistin und Mike hat gerade seinen Master in Curatorial Studies beendet und bereitet gerade seine Doktorarbeit vor. Bei uns herrscht eher eine familiäre Atmosphäre und wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG: Wir kochen gerne zusammen und haben ein großes Wohnzimmer, in dem wir oft lange Abende mit gemeinsamen Essen, Filmen und Gesprächen verbringen. Uns sind aber auch unsere Rückzugmöglichkeiten und klare Absprachen fürs Putzen wichtig. Für jede Form von Rassismus, Sexismus, Antisemitismus und anderen Formen von Diskriminierungen haben wir kein Verständnis.
Momentan suchen wir eine Person für eine Dreier-WG - es kann aber sein, dass Mike ab September auszieht und sich die WG auf zwei Personen verkleinert. Wir freuen uns sehr auf eure Rückmeldungen und darauf, euch kennenzulernen.

We are looking for a roommate from May 2024 onwards in our beautiful apartment in Frankfurt Sachsenhausen.
We are Helene (33) and Mike (28). Helene works as a journalist and Mike has just finished his Master's degree in Curatorial Studies and is currently preparing his doctoral thesis. We have more of a familial atmosphere and are definitely not a functional flat share: we enjoy cooking together and have a large living room where we often spend long evenings eating, talking and watching movies together. However, it's also important for us to have a place to retreat and clear arrangements for cleaning.
We have no sympathy for any form of racism, sexism, anti-semitism or other forms of discrimination.
Currently, we looking for one person for a three-person shared flat - but it is possible that Mike will move out in September and the shared flat will be reduced to two people. We look forward to hearing from you and getting to know you!
