Ich ziehe aus, weil mein Austauschjahr zuende ist, daher möchte ich mein gemütliches Zimmer an jemand anderen weitergeben!
Das Zimmer ist 18 m2 groß und durch ein großes Fenster sehr hell. Das Zimmer ist auch möbliert. Das Bett, der Schreibtisch, die Regale an der Wand und der Kleiderschrank bleiben in der Wohnung und sind in der Miete von 615 EUR (WARM PREIS inkl. WLAN) enthalten. Ich werde auch die Gegenstände, die ich für das Zimmer gekauft habe, an den nächsten Mitbewohner verkaufen (u. a. das Regal, den Teppich, die Lampe, die Lichterketten, den Wäschekorb, den Mülleimer, den Lüfter, 2 Verlängerungskabel, Glätteisen, Föhn, die Bettdecke, die Kissen und die Bettwäsche).
Die Wohnung bietet ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit einer Couch, einer Waschmaschine und TV. Die Wohnung hat zwei Badezimmer, die jeweils eine Toilette, eine Badewanne und eine Dusche enthalten. D.h. du würdest dir ein Bad mit einem Mitbewohner teilen.
Die offene Küche hat eine lange Arbeitsplatte, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und einen Backofen.

I am moving out after my exchange year - so I would like to pass my cosy room to someone else!
The room is 18 m2 and very bright due to a large window. The room is also furnished. The bed, the desk, the shelves on the wall and the closet stay in the apartment and are included in the rent of 600 EUR (FULL PRICE, INKLUSIVE WLAN).
I will also be selling the items I bought for the room to the next roommate (including the storage unit, rug, lamp, fairy lights, washing basket, fan, bin, 2 extension cords, duvet, pillows, and bedding).
The apartment offers a nice living room with a couch, TV and washing machine. The apartment has two bathrooms, each containing a toilet, a bathtub, and a shower. I.e. you would share one bathroom with a roommate.
The open kitchen has a long countertop, microwave, dishwasher, and an oven.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist in Bockenheim und befindet sich zwischen der Messe und dem Europaviertel.
Man ist in 10 min zu Fuß und 5 min mit dem Fahrrad an den beiden S-Bahn-Stationen "Frankfurt-Messe" oder "Frankfurt West" und somit schnell wieder im Herzen Frankfurts :). Nach 2 Stationen ist man bereits am Hbf (5 Minuten Fahrt). Außerdem ist die U-Bahn-Station Messe in 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Direkt von der Haustür aus fährt zusätzlich ein Bus direkt in die Innenstadt.
Die Leipziger Straße in Bockenheim und das Gallusviertel sind ebenfalls in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
10 Gehminuten ist der Reebstockpark (inkl. See) und ein Rewe, Teegut und Apotheken im Europaviertel:).

The location of the apartment is in Bockenheim and is located between the fair and the Europaviertel.
It is a rather quiet area, but in a 10 min walk/ 5 min bike ride, you're at the two S-Bahn stations "Frankfurt-Messe"
or "Frankfurt West" and thus quickly back in the heart of Frankfurt :). After 2 stops you are already at the main station (5 min ride). Furthermore, the subway station "Messe" can be reached in 5 minutes by bike. Directly from the front door there is also a bus directly to the city center.
The Leipziger Straße in Bockenheim and the Gallusviertel can also be reached in 10 minutes by bike.
A 10 minutes' walk away is the Rebstockpark (including lake) and a Rewe, Teegut and pharmacies in the Europaviertel.
Du würdest mit einem Mädchen und einen Jungen zusammenleben. Wir suchen gerade also 2 Personen: ein mädchen und einen Jungen ( anderes Angebot schauen).
Sorel (31) kommt gebürtig aus Paris und spricht sehr gut Englisch und Französisch, daher versuchen wir die Mehrheit auf englisch in der WG zureden. Beruflich arbeitet Sorel bei EMMA und privat geht sie gerne aus und kocht gerne. Joel (24) studiert und arbeitet bei einer Tech-Firma für Handyspiele und interessiert sich sehr für Politik.
Wir sind keine Zweck WG, da wir regelmässig was zusammen machen (ausgehen, kochen, zusammen ein Film schauen) und quatschen gerne in der Küche über unseren Tag. Jedoch respektieren wir auch unsere Privatsphäre, wenn man diese auch benötigt. :)

Sorel (31) is a native of Paris and speaks very good English and French, so we try to speak the majority in English in the shared apartment. Professionally Sorel works at EMMA and privately she likes to go out and cook. Joel (24) works at a tech company for mobile games and is politically regularly active.
We are not a purpose WG, because we sometimes spend time together (go out, chill, watch a movie) and like to chat in the kitchen about our day. However, we also respect our privacy when you need it too. :)
Wir sind auf der Suche nach jemandem, der nicht eine Zweckwohnung sucht, sondern denkt dass er sich hier wohlfühlen könnte :) Sende mir einfach eine Nachricht wenn du denkst, du wärst gut geeignet 😉
