Gran dormitorio bien amueblado con una pequeña sala de estar y una zona de invernal adjunta para disfrutar del sol matutino. Viene totalmente amueblado con una cama, espacio de almacenamiento, sofá, sillón, TV, sistema de sonido, reproductor de discos y escritorio (con monitor).
La habitación está en una casa que es un "Stadtvilla" parcialmente conservado con 3 plantas y un sótano. Cada planta funciona como su propio GT con 3 compañeros de casa por piso, excepto para el sótano y planta baja, que comparten la misma cocina y baño.
En el jardín delantero compartido hay una mesa / banco al aire libre y una zona para bicicletas. Durante los periodos más cálidos del año, a menudo nos relajamos en el frente con bebidas, y albergamos barbacoas o fiestas, etc. La casa también tiene una señora de limpieza que viene una vez a la semana.
Situado en una hermosa calle residencial tan súper tranquila cuando se trata de ruidos. La habitación se mantiene fresca en días calurosos ya que está en la planta baja de la casa.
La habitación es gratuita para todos junio y julio, pero soy flexible con las fechas exactas :).
Big, well-furnished bedroom with a small living room area and an attached wintergarden/working area to enjoy the morning sun. It comes fully furnished with a bed, storage space, couch, armchair, TV, sound system, record player, and desk (with monitor).
The room is in a house that is a part-preserved part-restored "Stadtvilla" with 3 floors and a basement floor. Each floor operates as its own WG with 3 housemates per floor, except for the basement and ground floor, which share the same kitchen and bathroom.
In the front shared garden there is an outdoor table/bench set and an area for bikes. During the warmer periods of the year we often relax out the front with drinks, and host barbecues or parties, etc. The house also has a cleaning lady that comes once a week.
Located in a beautiful residential street so super calm when it comes to noises. The room stays cool on hot days as it is on the ground floor of the house.
The room is free for all of June and July, but I'm flexible with the exact dates :).
Excelente ubicación, en una muy tranquila y bonita parte de la ciudad cerca, en el tamaño Schweizer platz de Sachsenhausen.
A poca distancia de todos los elementos esenciales:
- 3 Min a Schweizer Straße: cafeterías, restaurantes, panaderías, bares, casas de sidras, etc.
- 3 estaciones de Min a U-Bahn Schweizer Platz y Südbahnhof (líneas U1, U2, U3 & U8)
- Estación de 3 Min a S-Bahn Frankfurt Süd (líneas S3, S4, S5 y S6)
- 5 minutos a supermercados (Rewe, HIT, Lidl) así como DM y OBI
- 10 minutos al río principal

Excellent location, in a very calm and pretty part of town close, on the Schweizer platz size of Sachsenhausen.
Within walking distance to all the essentials:
- 3 Min to Schweizer Straße (main street): cafes, restaurants, bakeries, bars, cider houses etc.
- 3 Min to U-Bahn stations Schweizer Platz and Südbahnhof (lines U1, U2, U3 & U8)
- 3 Min to S-Bahn station Frankfurt Süd (lines S3, S4, S5 & S6)
- 5 Min to supermarkets (Rewe, HIT, Lidl) as well as DM and OBI
- 10 Min to the Main river

Somos un WG internacional compuesto por estudiantes y jóvenes empleados. Hacemos mucho juntos, ya sea un acogedor escalofrío o noche de cine, sesiones de cocina o incluso la fiesta ocasional los fines de semana. Nos gusta crear un ambiente de vida alegre con actividades sociales y algunas copas de vino o algunas cervezas;)
El grupo de edad de los habitantes de la casa se encuentra entre los 20 y los 30 primeros años y muchos provienen de antecedentes internacionales (alemán, francés, coreano, griego, marroquí, búlgaro, indio). Todos los idiomas se utilizan pero en su mayoría nos comunicamos en inglés e internacional son muy bienvenidos. Prácticamente todo el mundo está en las etapas tempranas y medias de su carrera trabajando en una variedad de profesiones/industrias.
Básicamente, este lugar es perfecto si te gusta conocer gente nueva y quieres un hogar encantador en el corazón de Frankfurt.

We're an international WG consisting of students and young employees. We do a lot together, whether it's a cozy chill or film evenings, cooking sessions or even the occasional party on the weekends. We like to create a joyful living environment with social activities and some glasses of wine or some beers ;)
The age group of those in the house lies in the mid-20s to early 30s and many come from international backgrounds (German, French, Korean, Greek, Moroccan, Bulgarian, Indian). All languages are used but we mostly communicate in English and internationals are very welcome. Practically everyone is in the early/mid stages of their career working across a variety of professions/industries.
Basically, this place is perfect if you like meeting new people and want a lovely home in the heart of Frankfurt.
