The flat is on the 6. floor (elevator available), has two bathroom, one big living room and kitchen. And a big balcony with a very nice view.

Die daten sind flexibel.
Ich vermiete mein Zimmer unter.
Die Wohnung ist richtig toll. Hervorragender Lage -direkt am Main gelegen. Ein schöner großer Südwest-Balkon mit ganztägig Sonne, dazu Skylineblick.
Wohnzimmer, großer Dachboden als Party- und Stauraum, Bad und separates Gäste-WG, letztes Jahr alles neu renoviert, dazu mit allem Technik-Pipapo (WaMa, SpüMa).
Das Zimmer ist ca. 17m² groß ,und ist zum Hinterhof gelegen.
Die WG liegt sehr zentral in Sachsenhausen mit nur 1 Minute Fußweg zum Main. Die Haltestelle Lokalbahnhof ist ca.7 Minuten entfernt, zum Südbahnhof sind es 15min und zum Dom/Römer bzw. zur Konstablerwache ca. 20 Minuten. Außerdem liegt die Bus- und Tramhaltestelle "Frankensteiner Platz" 100m entfernt.
It is very central. just one minute to the river Main. Next trainstops are "Lokalbahnhof" or " Mührlberg" or with the Tram/Bus "Frankensteiner Platz".
You will be sharing the apartment with my lovely roommate (f-31).
She is working from home. She is always up for a nice chat and a glass of wine (red), in case you want.
The cost are 700 € fix including everything.
The security deposit is 500 euro. You can have it back in cash on the same day you'll be moving out.
Also you get a non-terminable contract from me (for both sides) for the described period.
