- Mindestmietzeit beträgt 12 Monaten
- Wohnungsausstattung: Parkett bzw Dielenboden/Tageslichtbad/Hof für Fahrräder/11m2 Keller/Vollausgestatete Küche.
We are looking for a new flatmate (women only) for our shared apartment. The apartment is 90 sqm big, with high ceilings and wooden floors and it has been recently renovated and stylishly furnished.
- The room is rented fully furnished.
- The rent is all-inclusive: i.e. ALL additional costs + high-speed WiFi + GEZ etc. are included in the rent.
- Minimum rental period is 12 months
- Apartment equipment: Wooden floors/daylight bathroom/yard for bicycles/11m2 cellar/fully equipped kitchen.
Diese tolle Erdgeschoßwohnung befindet sich mitten im „Hipster“ Brückenviertel in Sachsenshausen-Nord, 200m vom Main entfernt, eine der besten Lage in Frankfurt mit allen Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs (Bäckerei, Tegut etc), Restaurants und Weintheken in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.
This great ground floor apartment is located in the middle of the “hipster” Brückenviertel in Sachsenshausen-Nord, 200m from the Main river, one of the best locations in Frankfurt with all shops for everyday needs (bakery, Tegut supermarket, etc.), green parks, restaurants and wine bars in the immediate vicinity. All public transport can be reached quickly by foot.
In der WG leben zwei weitere Frauen, Lucile die gerade studiert und Seda die Berufstätig ist. Für das WG-Leben gilt das Motto alles kann, nichts muss. Du kannst Deine Zeit im Zimmer verbringen oder Dich ja auch mit Deinen Mitbewohnern anfreunden :-) Wir achten auf Sauberkeit und haben einen Putzplan. Jedes Wochenende ist jemand anderes an er Reihe.
Two other women live in the shared apartment, Lucile, who is currently studying and Seda, who works. When it comes to living in a shared apartment, the motto is everything can, nothing has to. You can spend your time in the room or make friends with your roommates :-) We pay attention to cleanliness and have a cleaning schedule. Every weekend it's someone else's turn.
