Ich vermiete ein Zimmer in meiner schönen, hellen Altbauwohnung, vorzugsweise an Wochenendheimfahrer.
Das Zimmer ist 20qm groß und möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch auf Wunsch). Ein Balkon, das Esszimmer, die Küche und das Bad/Toilette sind gemeinsam genutzte Räume. Ich habe noch 2 extra Zimmer und einen extra Balkon.
Das Zimmer wird vorerst auf 4 Monate befristet vermietet (damit beide sehen ob es passt) mit der Option auf Verlängerung
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, 5 Gehminuten zum Unicampus, 10 Minuten mit der Bahn zur Innenstadt und 5 Minuten mit dem Auto auf die Autobahn (A66)
W-Lan und kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden
Ich selbst bin 45 Jahre alt, reise gerne und arbeite Vollzeit sowie ab und zu auch von zu Hause. Meine zwei Töchter (7&10 Jahre alt) sind am Wochenende bei mir, selten auch zwei Tage unter der Woche. Beide sind sehr rücksichtsvoll und das WG Leben gewohnt. Ich selbst schlafe oft bei meiner Lebensgefährtin und wenn ich zu Hause bin habe ich meistens noch zu tun. Wenn die Kinder da sind koche ich gerne und wir mögen es zusammen zu essen, auszuschlafen und viel zu unternehmen. Ich würde das Zusammenleben in meiner Wohnung eher als Zweck WG beschreiben, aber natürlich trinke ich sehr gerne auch mal einen Wein/Kaffee zusammen. Ich freue mich auf eure Anfragen
