Wir bieten ein 22 qm großes Zimmer in einem Reihenendhaus mit direktem Zugang in den großen Garten an. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und erhält viel Licht durch große Fenster.
Das Zimmer wird möbiliert vermieten. Derzeit befinden sich Regale, ein super gemütliches Sofa , ein Bett, eine Kommode und ein Schreibtisch im Zimmer. Der Fernseher wird nicht mit vermietet und noch abgehängt.
Gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden die Küche und Gäste-WC im Erdgeschoss sowie das Badezimmer im Obergeschoss.

We offer a 22 square meter room in a terraced house with direct access to the large garden. The room is spacious and receives lots of light through large windows.
The room is rented out furnished. Currently there are shelves, a super comfortable sofa, a bed and a desk in the room. The television is not rented out and will be taken out.
The kitchen and guest toilet on the ground floor and the bathroom on the upper floor are shared.
Die WG liegt im schönen Frankfurter Stadtteil Niederursel.
- Die Busstation Thomas-Mann-Straße ist 4min zu Fuß entfernt.
- Die U-Bahn Station Niederursel ist (850m) entfernt. Die U-Bahn fährt alle 5-10min in die Frankfurter Innenstadt.
- Der Uni Campus Riedberg ist mit dem Fahrrad 6min (1,8km) und zu Fuß 15-20min entfernt
- Der Martin-Luther-King-Park ist nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt
- Das Nordwestzentrum ist mit dem Fahrrad in 10 min (2,3km) und zu Fuß in 30 min erreichbar
