The room is fully furnished with a bed (1.40), a desk, chair, dresser, shelf and a cloth rack. Additionally there is a black out curtain.
An additional dresser has been added to the room, by the current renter and will stay in the room, if you like.
The apartment is located 5 minutes from the station Mühlberg, from where you can reach the city center in 5 minutes and the university in 15 minutes. An aldi, lidl, edeka, pharmacie and lots of restaurants are in the walking distance of 10 minutes. Its very quite in the house though.
You will be living with me, I am Larissa a 29 year old music student. I play the violin and the piano, but only during the day. It never was a problem, the instruments can be muted and the apartment is well isolated. I dont party at the appartment and it should stay like that. I am a chill person, mostly busy, but nice and communicative.
The room can be rented for at least 12 month.
