Hey,
since I am going back to my homecountry for more than a month, I am looking to sublet my room. I am looking for someone that can move on 29th or 30th of May and stay until at least 17th of July. I haven't yet decided when I will be flying back so the end date is flexible +1-3 days.
The room is light and bright :) The furniture would stay here when you would move in.
The WG is located in the student housing estate at Seepark. The location right on by lake is great, especially in summer.
The train station at Bischhofskreuz is a 3-minute walk away. You can be in the city center in 7 minutes by the tram in about 10 minutes by bike (there's a Frelo station right in front of the house). Various supermarkets (Penny, Rewe, Aldi etc.) as well as the Westarkaden and fitness studios can be reached within 5-15 minutes on foot.
It is really nice to talk in the kitchen sometimes when you accidentally meet or when you are cooking but usually everyone does their own thing.
The room can only be rented to students. Total rent is 329 euros (everything included).
There is an ongoing contruction happening in the building and from 31st of May until 16th of June the bathrooms in the flat will be renovated. For these 2 weeks everyone in this flat has to use the bathrooms and kitchen (for washing the dishes because there will be no water) of another flat which has been left untouched for this exact reason. The other flat would be on the same floor. The construction of the bathrooms in the building has been happening since 17.04. and will end on 16.06.
