The room is really bright and has access to a big balkony. The room is furnished with bed, table and closet.
I would be leaving a drawer, shelf, and mattress for 50 € in the room. All bought new last year.
The location of the flat is amazing. It is just a few meters to the Seepark and if you are sick of it, you can change it up with the Dietenbachsee. So for anyone who likes swimming it´s a dream. On top of that you can easliy go grocery shopping at Kaufland, Edeka or Penny and if you don´t have a bike you can take tram 1 to the city center and need less than 10 min.
I am leaving because I found a new job and will be moving towns. You would be living with Nancy, Samia and Neelima. All really nice. Neelima just started living with us and is doing her phd, the other two are working as well. We are generally really relaxed, but we pay attention to tidiness, so the cleaning schedule should be followed.
