The room is fully furnished with bed, mattress, table, chair, cupboards and shelf. Wooden flooring.
The WG is part of one of the new buildings in StuSie (SWFR Student Dormitory), close to the Seepark lake.
The people currently living in the WG are very social and chill. Cooking together (especially pancakes on every Sunday!), playing sports together - volleyball, spikeball, swim in the lake etc. - are very common occurrence. You can expect frequent social gatherings happening in the WG and will feel quite included in them. Having some German skills will definitely help as both of the current tenants (the fourth room is empty as of now as the tenant is away!) are Germans. But they both speak very good Englishl, so it shouldn't be a problem even if you don't speak German.
The room is sub-letted by IES. The contract will be between IES and you. You need to be a student matriculated at a university/collage in order to sublet the room.
As of now the room is available till only 25 August. An extension might be possible depending on the housing situation with IES for the next winter semester.
