Dear friend,I live in 2 rooms WG apartment which is one of the newest apartments in Stusie.I studied my first year in Freiburg, however, I wont be for a time in Freiburg. The apartment is 40 m2 and has fully furnished room with a parquet floor(14m2) and a common area with a kitchen and a wide bathroom. I posted photos of the room The apartment is south-west facing so it has beautiful daylight. If you don't like the sun you have a chance to avoid with the shutter. Besides, the apartment has a wide bathroom with a big mirror, the kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker (2 plates) and an oven and there are cooking utensils. Laundry facilities and a bicycle storage room are downstairs in the building. Each floor has a common big balcony. Shelves and cupboards (see photos) will be cleared out by me so that you always have enough space for your things.
The WG is in Stusie. You can easliy reach to the supermarkets like Penny, Rewe etc., bank, post office, kiosk... The tram station is 2 minutes by foot. It takes around 10 minutes to go to the city center by train and bike. There are various sports facilities right outside the front door (beach volleyball field, basketball/football field).You can lay down to the grass and enjoy the lake.
There is a common area where you can find a couch that can be opened and turned into a bed. So you can easily invite your friends and they can stay overnight. I hope you can get along with your roommate and have a good time together( and of course don't forget to make a cleaning schedule with your roommate otherwise it can be a problem :D).
It can be rented from 01.04 .2023. You can always text me on 7/24 with a description message. I can also send a long video of the apartment.
