wir suchen ab dem 01.08.oder 01.09 ein/e neue/n Mitbewohner/in zur Zwischenmiete für 3 Monate, wenn es gut passt dann evtl. auch für längerfristig.
Wir sind Natascha (52), Rafa (32) , Tina (48), Nikolaj (31), Rebecca (43) und Miro der Kater (7 Leben).
Die Person, die wir suchen sollte ab ca. Mitte 30 sein, Sauberkeit und Achtsamkeit schätzen, kooperativ sein und gerne kommunizieren. Wir sind eher eine Zweck-Wg und haben getrennte Lebensmittel, teilen aber trotzdem gerne gemeinsame schöne Momente.
Wir sind alle berufstätig und haben verschiedene Hobbies und Interessen (Massage, Rugby, Frisbee, Tauchen, Kajaken, Natur, Reisen, Gärtnern...).
Wir sitzen gerne ungezwungen in unserer hellen Küche oder auf dem kleinen sonnigen Balkon um miteinander zu plaudern oder über das Leben zu philosophieren aber es ist genauso in Ordnung sich zurückzuziehen... Je nach Lust und Laune.
Eine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung ist hilfreich.
Zu vermieten ist ein schöner 21 m² großer Raum mit 2 Fenstern für 351€ inklusive Nebenkosten.
Die SUSI (selbstorganisierte, unabhängige Siedlungsinitiative) ist ein soziales Projekt, welches 4 Häuser und ca. 250 BewohnerInnen umfasst. Hier zu wohnen bedeutet auch, zum Hausplenum zu gehen und eine gewisse Stundenanzahl in verschiedenen Bereichen abzuleisten, welche dem Erhalt des Projektes dienen (alles im Vertrag geregelt).
Am besten googelst du selbst und machst dir ein Bild davon, ob SUSI etwas für dich ist.

We are looking for a new flatmate for our WG in the SUSI from August onwards for 3 months or longer!
We are Natascha (52), Tina (48), Rafa (32), Rebecca (43), Nikolaj (31) and Miro the cat (7 lifes). We have many intrests (cooking, massage, rugby, diving, kajaking, natute and travelling.) Every body here works and buys his or her own food but we like to share a nice commited way of living.
It is a big room, about 21m² for 351€ including all costs.
We are looking for a person from her/his middle 30s, clean, organized, cooperative and with whom we could have good communication. Student status is required.
The SUSI ("Self-organized, independent Residence Initiative") is a social project that includes 4 houses and around 250 residents. Living here inludes going to plena and comitting to spending a certain amount of time (bound by contract) in various maintanance work. Feel free to read on it on google and see if the SUSI project is something for you.
