ich vermiete mein Zimmer unter vom 15.06.23 bis Ende Juli, idealerweise zum 28.07.23.
Deine Mitbewohnerin ist eine sehr aufgeschlossene freundliche Ärztin, die gerade ihre Facharztausbildung macht und daher viel arbeitet, in ihrer Freizeit aber auch sehr sportbegeistert und unternehmenslustig ist.
Das Zimmer hat 16 qm mit einem sonnigen Fenster zum ruhigen Garten.
Im Zimmer sind ein Bett und ein kleiner Schrank, nach Bedarf auch ein Schreibtisch. Die Wohnung hat außerdem einen schönen Balkon ins Grüne.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt für einen Monat 400 Euro, 1,5 Monate 600 Euro.
Bitte schreib mir ein paar Infos zu dir, gerne können wir dann sehr kurzfristig einen Besichtigungs- und Kennenlerntermin vereinbaren.
