**Da ein weiteres Zimmer fuer 340 Euro vielleicht frei ist, konnte auch ein dauerhaftes Mietverhaeltnis daraus werden.
Ich gehe in den Semesterferien für zwei Monate zurück in die USA, um meine Familie zu besuchen. Während dieser Zeit würde ich mein Zimmer gerne so lange wie möglich untervermieten. Das Zimmer ist im zweiten Stock eines Einfamilienhauses; es ist sehr hell und geräumig, hat eine einfach vom Zimmer aus regelbare Temperatur und eine gute Aussicht auf die anliegende Straße. Das Haus an sich befindet sich eine Gehminute entfernt vom McFit-Fitnessstudio und hat außerdem super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, da auch Läden wie Aldi, Edeka und Lidl bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Wenn ihr euch für das Zimmer entscheidet, werdet ihr mit Shachar und Ursula zusammen leben, beide sehr unkompliziert und freundlich.

I am returning to the United States to visit my family for two months during the semester break, and my objective is to under-rent my room for as long as possible during that time. The room is on the second floor of a family house; it is brightly lit, spacious, has well-regulated temperature controlled from inside the room, and commands a nice view over the adjacent street. The house I live in is a 1 minute walk by foot from the McFit fitness studio, and has great grocery shopping possibilities since it is located walking distance from ALDI, Edeka, and Lidl. If you choose to live here, you will also live with Shachar and Ursula, both of whom are easy-going and friendly.
