Das Zimmer ist rechteckig, hell und teilmöbliert, das heißt dass der Schrank und ein Bett schon vorhanden sind. Gerne können wir dir für den Monat auch noch einen Tisch mit Stuhl zur Verfügung stellen.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und eine Waschmaschine haben wir auch- du kannst gerne Gewürze und alles andere mitbenutzen!
The room we are offering has a bed an a wardrobe to store your stuff. If you need a desk and a chair we surely can organize it as well! The kitchen is fully equipped and you can feel free to use all the stuff there you’d like to :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an der Eschholzstrasse weshalb es bei offenem Fenster mal laut sein kann. Trotzdem befindet sich die Wohnung in direkter Nähe zur Dreisam wo man super Sport machen kann und schnell mit dem Fahrrad überall hinfahren kann.
Bis zur Innenstadt braucht man mit dem Fahrrad etwa 5-10 Minuten und zu Fuß um die 20.
The flat is located next to the dreisam which invites you to do some sports or just hang around next to the river. Also the room’s window is facing the Eschholzstrasse which can be a little loud sometimes when you open the window. But they are pretty well insulated so when they are closed you usually don’t hear anything.
5 minutes by bike to the city center!
Wir, Moritz (22) und ich (Lisa, 23) suchen eine*n nette*n Zwischenmieter*in für den gesamten Januar. Das Zimmer ist prinzipiell schon leer deshalb kannst du auch gerne schon ab dem 29. kommen!
Wir sind ein Paar (nur so als Info vorab), studieren im 5. Semester Geowissenschaften und sind ziemlich unkompliziert im Umgang. Wir sind von der Uni aus oft unterwegs, trotzdem wäre es schön wenn wir, wenn es passt, doch das ein oder andere Getränk zusammen trinken oder gemütlich was spielen könnten :)
We are searching for someone to join us in January although you could already move in by the 29th of December if you’d like to. We are a very uncomplicated couple and studying geosciences. we would like to find someone kind to maybe have a drink together or just hang around if there is the time and we get along well :)
Wir haben leider keine Fotos weil wir schon Zuhause über die Feiertage sind und die Situation jetzt relativ spontan entstanden ist
