I will be renting a very spacious, private room that will be shared in a 2er-WG. The available room is freshly painted and it is partly furnished with a sleep-couch and a nightstand table. The apartment is quite peaceful and chill. This is not a WG that throws parties because some of our neighbors are families with very young kids. Our WG is a place where you can come and rest. The apartment has large rooms, a spacious living-room, a comfortable bathroom, a luminous kitchen, and a small storage room.
We follow a putzplan and we take turns taking out the trash.
Our apartment is located in a peaceful section of Haslach/ Weingarten. The location is quite good since the closest tram station (Krozinger Str.) is only 6 minutes away by foot. If you are in a hurry, there is a shortcut that will take you there in 3 minutes. It takes only 13 minutes to reach Stadttheater with the tram. By bike you need around 15 minutes to reach the city center.
To do your grocery shopping, Edeka, Beckesepp, Aldi, Lidl, DM, and Kaufland are only 5-7 minutes away by bike.
If you like to take walks in the nature, Dietenbachsee is close to our place.
I am looking for a new member in my 2er WG. I, Anna, the Hauptmieterin, 34, am currently finishing my MA studies at Freiburg University, and work at a software company. I like listening to music and discovering new bands. I love going out for a jog and to watch sunsets. During summertime I usually go for a swim to Opfinger See and all the amazing festivals going on.
I usually like to gather in the evenings and have a nice chat with my WG flatmate, and talk about how our day went.
Respect, good and open communication are key to make things work. That way we can sort things out and find solutions together.
The age range I am looking for is not specific (you can be in you mid 20s or your 30s). In the end, what matters is that your personality and interests fit in this WG. Respect and consideration for other's sleep is expected, as well as cleanliness.
