Das Zimmer hat gemütliche 16 Quadratmeter und lässt in westlicher Ausrichtung durch das große Fenster auf den Hinterhausgarten mit Tannen und Linde blicken. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, Tisch, Bett, Nachttisch, Bücherregal und Kleiderschrank, E-Piano stehen zur Benutzung frei. Super wäre es, wenn du dich gerne um Zimmerpflanzen kümmerst und auch mit einem bestückten Bücherregal vorlieb nehmen möchtest.

Hello there!
The room has a cosy 16 square metres and looks west through the large window onto the back garden with firs and lime trees. The room is furnished - table, bed, bedside table, bookshelf and wardrobe, electric piano are available for use. It would be great if you like to take care of houseplants and also want to take advantage of a stocked bookshelf.
Du wohnst hier im ruhigen und grünen Teil Herderns, nicht weit vom botanischen Garten entfernt. Und das beste: wir haben einen Haus-eigenen Garten, in dem die WG auch eine Laube verwaltet. Das ist vor allem in den Sommermonaten für abendliches Zusammensitzen und Wochenendentspannung, die auf keine größeren Ausflüge angewiesen sein will, super praktisch! Und außerdem wächst dort einiges Gemüse von Kürbis bis Grünkohl. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Herdern Hauptstraße) ist ca 4 Gehminuten entfernt. Dort gibt es auch einen Edeka, einige Bäcker und einen Bio- und Unverpackt-Laden. Der Herdermer Marktplatz ist um die Ecke. Rascher noch (innerhalb von 3 Minuten) bist du im Wald :)

You live in the quiet and green part of Herdern, not far from the botanical garden. And best of all: we have our own garden, where the flat share also manages an arbour. This is super practical, especially in the summer months, for evening get-togethers and weekend relaxation! And besides, some vegetables from pumpkin to kale grow there. The nearest tram stop (Herdern Hauptstraße) is about a 4-minute walk away. There is also an Edeka, some bakeries and an organic and unpacked food shop. The market place in Herdern is around the corner. Even faster (within 3 minutes) you are in the forest :)
Deine Mitbewohnenden sind Luci (21) und Hannes (23). Luci studiert Geographie und lebt sich mit allen Mitteln kreativ und gestaltend aus. Hannes ist laut verlässlichen Quellen der alternativste Orgelbauer Freiburgs, Musikexperimenteur und Heimwerkerprofi :)
Wir sind eine aktive WG, das reicht vom alltäglichen Plaudern und Herumphilosophieren bis hin zu gemeinsamen Koch- und Gartenaktionen. Außerdem sind wir tolerante 'Kassenbonveganer:innen' (kaufen hauptsächlich vegan, foodsharen aber auch darüber hinaus) und teilen sämtliche Lebens- und Haushaltsmittel der WG. Gemeinsames Musizieren im Garten kommt gelegentlich vor :)

Your flatmates are Luci (21) and Hannes (23). Luci is studying geography and lives out her creative life with all means at her disposal. According to reliable sources, Hannes is Freiburg's most alternative organ builder, music experimenter and DIY professional :)
We are an active flat share, ranging from everyday chatting and philosophising to joint cooking and gardening activities. We are also tolerant 'cash register vegans' (we mainly buy vegan food) and share all the living and household resources of the flat share. Making music together in the garden happens occasionally :)
Schreib uns gerne ganz ungezwungen ein bisschen über dich :) Wir würden uns riesig freuen, dich auch persönlich kennenzulernen. Dazu könnten wir dich zum Beispiel in der Woche vom 31. Juli bis 04. August in die WG oder bei gutem Wetter direkt in den Garten einladen und ein bisschen plaudern. Wenn es für dich gerade noch schwierig ist, vor Ort zu sein, können wir uns natürlich auch per Video-Call treffen.

Feel free to write us a little bit about yourself :) We would be very happy to meet you in person. For example, we could invite you to the apartment in the week from 31 July to 04 August or, if the weather is good, directly into the garden and chat a bit. If it is still difficult for you to be there, we can of course also meet via video call.
