Hello and welcome to a (future) 6-person shared apartment in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa in the Herdern district! After the 140 sqm apartment has been completely renovated, life will gradually return here.
The quiet 15 sqm room offers you a wonderful view of a chestnut avenue in front of the house. Because it faces west, you have lots of light and sun in your room in the afternoon/evening. If you want, you can also create your own small garden in the flower box on the windowsill. Speaking of garden: With a 15 sqm roof terrace and a large garden, you have many opportunities to enjoy the Freiburg summer.
Das Haus befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Straßenbahn-Haltestelle "Hauptstraße". Mit den Lebensmittelgeschäften Edeka, Penny, Lidl und Aldi sowie 3 Bäckereien sind wir fast schon überversorgt.
Mit dem Cafe Tante Emma und Cafe Norso hast du vor der Haustüre zwei wunderschöne Orte, um Leute zu treffen oder mal den Kopf frei zu kriegen. Wenn du eher der Naturtyp bist, hast du mit mehreren Parkanlagen, dem Schlossberg und nicht zuletzt den Alleen in Herdern alles in Fußläufigkeit, wofür Freiburg so bekannt ist.

The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the “Hauptstraße” tram stop. With the grocery stores Edeka, Penny, Lidl and Aldi as well as 3 bakeries, we are almost oversupplied.
With Cafe Tante Emma and Cafe Norso you have two wonderful places on your doorstep to meet people or clear your head. If you are more of a nature type, with several parks, the Schlossberg and, last but not least, the avenues in Herdern, you are within walking distance of everything that Freiburg is so well known for.
Die Wohnung wurde von mir generalüberholt und nun ist es an der Zeit, das WG Leben wieder nach und nach hochzufahren. Mit dir zieht wieder Leben ein und mit dir erfindet sich der Ort neu. Einiges befindet sich noch im Aufbau, aber ich freue mich, mit dir und künftigen Mitbewohnern die Wohnung zu gestalten.
Geplant ist eine internationale WG, bei der 3 Zimmer möbliert und 3 Zimmer unmöbliert vermietet werden.

I gave the apartment a general overhaul and now it's time to gradually start living in a shared apartment again. With you, life comes back and with you the place reinvents itself. Some things are still under construction, but I'm looking forward to designing the apartment with you and future roommates.
An international shared apartment is planned, in which 3 rooms will be rented furnished and 3 rooms will be rented unfurnished.
Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Küchen, 2 Bäder und 2 Toiletten und wird zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt auch über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner verfügen. Bis dahin gibt es einen Waschsalon in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Wir verfügen auch über einen Keller, einen Parkplatz im Hof und einer Garage. Trockene Fahrradabstellplätze sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

The apartment has 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets and will also have a washing machine and dryer at a later date. Until then, there is a launderette in the immediate vicinity.
We also have a cellar, a parking space in the yard and a garage. Dry bicycle parking spaces are also available.
