Da ich im Sommer für 6 Wochen in Kolumbien am Backpacken bin ist mein Zimmer zu haben. Das Zimmer ist zwar nicht das Größte aber dafür super gemütlich. Mit Bett, Schrank, Regal Schreibtisch ,TV und Waschbecken ist auch alles drin was man braucht :) Die Küche hat alles was das Herz begehrt (Spülmaschine sehr wichtig :) Wir haben zwar kein Wohnzimmer aber dafür eine chillecke mit Sofa und Esstisch.
Die Tram ist um die Ecke erreichbar, so wie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Lidl, Edeka und Kaufland) - alles innerhalb von 5 min zu fuß zu erreichen. Der Wald ist auch nur 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Stadt ist auch in 10-15 min mit dem Fahrrad oder Tram zu erreichen.
Direkt vor dem Haus steht dir der Garten mit Volleyballfeld, Slagline und mini-Kletterwand zur Verfügung.
Wir sind lustig und zu allem zu haben. Das Privatleben wird bei uns respektiert. Dennoch sind gemeinsame Aktivitäten wie WG-Dinner oder Geburtstagsfeiern nicht zu vernachlässigen. Wir haben Mitbewohner aus Deutschland, aus den USA, Indien, Syrien und China.
Da es sich um ein Studentenwohnheim handelt, muss du entweder Student, Sprachschüler oder ähnliches sein.
Mein Fahrrad kannst du bei bedarf auch für die Zeit mieten.
Die Ein-und Auszugstage sind flexibel.
Because I'll be traveling through Columbia this summer, my room is open to sublet for 6 weeks. It's not the biggest room, but it's comfortable and plenty bright. It will be left furnished with bed, closet, bookshelf, desk, TV and sink - everyhing one could need. :) The kitchen is also fully equipt with everything a student needs, dishwasher included. :) We don't have a proper living room but a nice chilling area with sofas and a diner table.
The tram is only 5 mins away, as well as shopping options such as Aldi, Lidl, and Kaufland. You can get to the forest by foot in 10 mins. The city 10-15 mins away with bike or tram. The buildings also have a couple big gardens with a volleyball court, slacklines, and a mini-climbing wall.
The roommates are all chill and open people. We respect privacy but also are up for dinners together or birthday parties. We're a mixed flat with roommates from Germany, US, India, Syria, and China.
Because the complex is a student housing facility, only students of universities, language schools, etc are allowed to move in.
My bike will also be available to rent during the stay.
The move-in and move-out days are flexible.
