The room has a large window facing a small park, which allows for a lot of light to come in. There is no need to bring furniture; there is a bed, closet, desk, drawers and shelves. They came with the room so I am not taking them. The room is connected to the kitchen area through a corridor, but both areas are well separated with a door.
The apartment has a kitchen and living room area, a small but nice balcony, a washing machine-dryer room and 3 bathrooms.
The apartment is on the first floor of a 3-story building, which also has other shared apartments. The building has underground parking where you can safely store your bike. The Hbf is less than 10 minutes away by walking, as well as the library. Close you can find Edeka, Lidl, DM...
Our WG is very international, at the moment, we have people from Germany, India, Colombia, Japan, Switzerland and Spain. 4 of us are moving out from September to November, so the roommates will change a bit, hopefully not the good atmosphere. We live in good harmony and we would like to take someone who respects other people's privacy and lifestyle. We are not the kind to make a lot of noise or parties regularly, but we enjoy each other's company in the everyday setting. From time to time we make international dinners and we go out for any activity we feel like doing. Of course, you will not be forced to join if you don't want :)
We also have a 13 year old overweight cat. If this is a problem for you please ignore the ad, she is the queen of the house and we all pamper her and love her, which is what she deserves.
Everything is included in the rent. We do put 5 € each month for common use stuff such as kitchen paper, oil...
I will leave on the 1st of October, so the moving should be done then. The contract would be for 1 year, but there is usually no problem if you want to terminate it earlier or extend it.

Then we can arrange a meeting to see the room and meet the flatmates. This would be the week of the 10th of September!
