Das Zimmer ist ca. 16qm groß und schließt direkt ans Wohnzimmer an. Da das Wohnzimmer selten benutzt wird bietet es sich perfekt als Erweiterung im Sinne eines Lernorts oder Arbeitszimmer für Homeoffice an.
Das Zimmer hat einen schönen Parkettboden und zwei große Fenster, die besonders am frühen Morgen sehr viel Sonnenlicht bieten.
Die WG befindet sich sehr zentral zwischen der Haltestelle Holzmarkt und Bertoldsbrunnen.
Ich (Leis) bin im Oktober letzten Jahres wegen eines Jobwechsels in die WG gezogen. Besonders die Lage
Deine Mitbewohner sind Luca (m, 26) und Moritz (m, 27). Luca studiert Physik im Master und Moritz macht aktuell sein Referendariat in Freiburg. Bei guten Wetter gehen wir gerne Fußball oder Tischtennis spielen. In den kalten Wintermonaten war es dann eher ein gemütlicher Fifa-Abend.
