Aufgepasst, liebe Wohnungssuchende: wir sind auf der Suche nach einer Person zur Zwischenmiete im März und im April für unsere WG in der Wiehre. Wir sind eine 4-er Berufstätigen WG um die 30 und suchen eine aufgeschlossene, fröhliche Person, die einen respektvollen Umgang pflegt und sauber ist.
Unsere kleine aber feine Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss, mit Wohnküche, Bad, WC und Balkon. Die Küche bietet genug Platz für alle und ist bestens ausgestattet. Hier grenzt auch der Balkon an. Es gibt ein großes Bad mit Dusche, WC und Wanne. Zusätzlich gibts noch ein Gäste WC und einen großen Dachboden.
Das Zimmer ist leer aber wenn du keine Möbel mitbringst, werden wir unser bestes tun, um es wohnlich einzurichten.

Dear people, we are subletting one room in our wonderful shared flat for the months of March and April. We are a group of 4 young professionals around 30 looking for an open, cheerful person, who is respectful and clean.
The room is not furnished but if you don't have furniture yourself, we will do our best to make it as comfy as possible. The flat has a kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a small balcony that you share with the other people.
We are located in the area “Wiehre” which is a pretty central and lively neighbourhood with plenty of possibilities for shopping groceries, some cafés and nice corners to stroll around.

Unsere Wohnung liegt hoch über den Dächern Freiburgs (4. Stock) im schönen Stadtteil Wiehre nahe der Dreisam. Zur Innenstadt sind es zu Fuß ca. 8 Minuten, Straßenbahnhaltestelle ca. 2 Minuten, Rewe, Aldi, Edeka, DM... alles direkt um die Ecke.
Es erwartet dich 3 nette, unkomplizierte Mitbewohner:innen. Unter der Woche geht es in der Wohnung eher ruhig und entspannt zu, allerdings genießen wir auch gerne mal ein Abendessen oder ein Glas Wein zusammen auf unserem wunderbar sonnigen Balkon. Am Wochenende kommt es durchaus vor das wir gemeinsam um die Häuser ziehen oder bei uns zu Hause Besuch haben. Daher freuen wir uns über eine:n aufgeschlossene:n, unkomplizierte:n Bewohner:in.
Zum Thema Putzen: Es gibt nen Putzplan, wenn sich jede:r dran hält, is alles prima!
