Das gemütliche Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin wird zum 01.10 frei!
Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss, das Zimmer ist ungefähr 15m² groß, im Zimmer steht ein Schrank, ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch, ein Stuhl dazu, ein kleiner Beistelltisch sowie ein Regal. Es wird möbliert vermietet. Dazu hat jeder noch seinen eigenen Balkon! Die Küche und das Bad sind neu. (Leider habe ich im Moment keine Fotos davon weil ich selbst nicht in der Wohnung bin). Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und hat eine Spülmaschine. Im Keller gibt es einen Waschraum, hier kann jeder seine Wäsche mit Waschmarken waschen.
Die Uni für die Naturwissenschaften ist direkt nebenan, die Stadt ist zu Fuß 10 Minuten max. entfernt, mit dem Rad ist man in unter 5 Minuten im Zentrum. In der Nähe sind gemütliche Cafés! Auf dem Schlossberg ist man sehr schnell, gerade am Abend hat man dort eine wunderbare Aussicht!
Aktuell wohne ich in der WG, ich bin 21 und studiere Biologie. Gemütliche Kochabende sind erwünscht! Leider muss ich momentan sehr viel lernen, aber das soll einem schönen WG Leben nicht im Weg stehen.
