The room we are subletting is quite small, but very cozy. It will be partially furnished: a bed, a table, a bar to hang the clothes and a big cupboard on the hallway. We do have some extra furniture in the attic so I guess we could arrange for more, depending on your needs and wants.
The room would be 300 euros warm, with a deposit of another 300 euros which will be returned to you at the end of the month.
The flat is very centrally located, directly next to Dreisam, in walking distance from the UB, the train station, and Johaniskirsche. It comes with a big kitchen and a living-room, a guest toilet, a big bathroom with both shower and a bathtub, and a generous attic for storage.
You will be living with 5 lovely people:
Sina is doing a Masters in Psychology. She is probably the most active person in the flat. She likes jogging and doing yoga. She is vegan and generally very caring about the world. Sina’s calmness and kindness is contagious, so she is the perfect person to talk to in any circumstances.
Milia is studying Informatics. She has many hobbies that show her artistic side. She likes to paint and draw, she can knit and generally fix everything that might break around the house. She is also a great chef and baker and she is always happy to share food. Her laughter can really make your day.
Darius is studying Physics and Computer Science. He likes going and swimming in Dreisam every day, even in winter, and makes fantastic pasta. He also plays the keyboard and the guitar so it’s lovely to hear him when he is practicing.
Tim is doing a masters in English Literature. He has a very entertaining sense of humor. He enjoys playing board games, he plays Dungeons and Dragons and is generally a great partner to talk to about film, series and everything that has to do with pop-culture. He is also a very kind person and makes delicious Turkish coffee.
Tom is studying Economics. He spends a lot of time working, but he would be there for games nights, or for random late night talks in the kitchen.
The WG life in the flat is rather relaxed, but still very close. During the day most of us are busy with our studies or our work, but we do enjoy spontaneous get together, we like having WG dinners or just generally sharing our meals once in a while, having board games evenings, or just catching up at the end of the day talking about ‘god and the world’.
We are an international WG, that is why we mostly speak English. The age group is between 23-31.
If we caught your attention, do not hesitate to write. Let us know about yourself in general and please let me know if you have any other questions! Looking forward to getting to know you!
Die Werthis WG :)
