wir suchen brandaktuell noch ein*e Mitbewohner*in für unser Haus in Kirchzarten. Wir hatten das Glück über dieses wunderschöne Haus zu stolpern und haben uns gleich verliebt. Es liegt zwar nicht in Freiburg-Stadt aber in einer halben Stunde ist man am Hauptbahnhof, wenn man mit dem Fahrrad zum Bahnhof (Himmelreich) fährt, geht es auch ein bisschen schneller. Das Haus hat inklusive Souterrain vier Stockwerke. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein Wohn/Esszimmer, die Küche und der Zugang zum kleinen Garten. Im ersten Stock sind zwei vermietete Zimmer und ganz oben wohnt Kai. Das Souterrain hat ein großes Fenster zum Garten hin und ist recht kuschlig zu bewohnen. Der Boden ist ein Holzboden wie auch im ganzen restlichen Haus.
Kai und ich sind beide DaF-Lehrer. Da ihr mit Kai zusammenwohnen werdet und nicht mit mir, hier ein paar kurze Infos zu ihm: Kai kocht super leckeres veganes Essen, ist gerne draußen unterwegs, gärtnert und bastelt leidenschaftlich und entspannt auch Mal bei einem Gläschen Wein. Mit ein bisschen Glück kommt man auch in den Genuss seiner leckeren selbstgebackenen Brote und Brotaufstriche :-) Wir haben auch entschieden bei der Solawi Lebensgarten bei uns um die Ecke mitzumachen und du darfst dich gerne beteiligen (musst aber nicht).
Wir freuen uns auf ein Kennenlernen (auch via Zoom wenn das einfacher ist) und beantworten gerne weitere Fragen!

Hey there,
me and my good friend Kai have just found a beautiful house in Kirchzarten. Unfortunately, I can only move in in November so we are looking for short term renters who would like to live there with Kai and one or two other housemates. There are three levels plus a souterrain. The ground floor is for everybody, so there'll be a living room, the kitchen, a table for having dinner and an entrance to a cute little garden (it is not fully furnished yet, but everything is in progress ;-).
On the first floor are two rooms which are already rented out. The souterrain has a wooden floor as all the other rooms and is quite cozy. If you'd like to rent the room for two or three months, that'd also be okay with us. Just send us a message and we'll figure everything else out :-)
Kai and me are both German language teachers. Kai loves cooking delicious vegan food, being outside and gardening or simply relaxing with a good wine. He's a wonderful housemate in my opinion :-D So we are happy to hear from you and answer any additional questions you might have :-) If it's only possible for you to meet via Zoom that is absolutely no problem for us!

The train station is 15 min on foot, another 15 minutes drive by train to the main station in Freiburg. A bicycle will take you to the city center within 30 minutes ;-)
