The room is completely furnished and suits good to someone moving in even if he/she doesn't have anything to bring along. It has a bed, mattress, closet, table and mirror. In addition I can also leave behind bed sheets.
Location
The city center is approx. 20 min with Bicycle. At a 4 minute walking distance is the tram stop Diakoniekrankenhause and it takes 12 min to reach the city center with the tram. The flat is located in extremely quite and green area with a beautiful Moosweiher lake in 5 minutes walking distance. Nearby are also beautiful natural areas for walk, run and hikes.
The shoping centers (REWE and TREFF) are in a walking distance of approx. 3 minutes and additionally there are also Cafe, Restuarant, Bakery, Fastfoods (Doner and Pizza) in the locality.
Flatshare Type
The flat consists of a very large living room (completely furnished) with a balcony and all equipped kitchen and dining table. The apartment also has enough utensils and thus the new one moving in does not necessarily have to buy anything unless they want it on their own.
The appartment also has a small store room inside the flat, a bike storing room, drying room and a big store room in the basement which can be used.
Flatmates are international, from Sudan and from Italy open for talks and dinner together at times if time permits/matches and very helpful in showing around incase some guidance is necessary.
