The WG has 4 Big rooms that are all bigger than 15 sqm. I am already living in one, I am looking for one dude and two girls to move in. one of the three rooms has a Terrace, Hochbett with Matratze and a big Closet so there is no need to bring a lot of furniture. the other 2 rooms are a bit smaller and have no furniture but they are big enough for you to build a nice life there.
The Apartment has 1 big shower room, big enough to make a Party there haha.. one Small bathroom with shower and a Guest pathroom, that is perfect for a WG because Nobody has to wait.
there is a Huge Terrace we can all use for Grills, Parties or whatever we want to do.
the kitchen will be built next week, so there is no photo. please Look at the photos so you can have a better picture.
everything has been renovated and everything is new.
the only things that are not included in the in the rent are the electricity, Wlan and Trash tax so we will have to talk with one another to find a solution. I guess that's how things work in Germany.
Merzhausen is not a part of Freiburg ( I learned that yesterday when I tried to do the Anmeldung in the Rathaus of Freiburg and they told me I had to go to the Rathaus of Merzhausen ) even though it is outside of Freiburg it is 15 mins away with the bike to the city center, the bus connections will take you to the HBF in 15 mins to. I like the Area a lot because you can see the mountains from the terrace and there is a lot of options for buying groceries less than 5 minutes away ( Aldi, Edeka, Alnatura.) there is a REWE right infront of the apartment you can literally go buy Onions and beer at 22 uhr just by crossing the road. to me that is awesome because you can do the groceries there and you dont have to carry any big heavy bags because the house is just right there.
if that is not cool, I dont know what cool is.
the rooms are pretty dope, the apartment is also dope so I also want to fill the spaces with cool people. this place has a big potential for becoming a real HOME. Life is too short to live with people you don't get along with and now I have the chance to give shape to this home. that is why I am looking for good people. I don't care if you are a student or you are already working, I don't care where you are from or what languages you speak, I don't care about your diet or political interests, or however you label yourself. as long as you don't impose your point of views, your diet choices or your believes, everything will be fine.
I only care that you have a good soul and you are willing to create a home here.
there is a lot to be done here and lot of space for creativity so come with an open mind.
We have the opportunity to create a place we can be proud of living in.
there is many things we need to do to make this place feel like home and many things we need to figure out together. we have to be creative enough to find solutions.
TWO IMPORTANT THINGS.
The kitchen is not installed yet but will be installed during the next days, I just moved in last week and I have been surviving on tuna cans and Wasa cookies haha... UPDATE the Oven, herd and refrigerator are there already. the kitchen will be complete in the middle of January.
PETS are allowed. the landlord is okay with it but he does not want to know. just bring that cat with you hahahaha
