Hello zusammen:)
Da unsere Mitbewohnerin Johanna Ende Oktober nach Schottland zurückkehrt, ist ab dem 21. Oktober ein Zimmer in unserer Wohnung zu vergeben! Wir werden voraussichtlich Mitte Oktober mit Besichtigungen beginnen.
Das Zimmer ist ~10m2 groß und mit einem Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Kommode ausgestattet. Die sonstige Deko gehört nicht zum Zimmer. Das Zimmer hat einen Laminatboden mit Holzoptik und eine holzgetäfelte Decke, was dem Zimmer ein sehr gemütliches Chalet-Feeling verleiht. Unsere schöne kleine Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain eines Einfamilienhauses, mit einer großen Couch im Wohnzimmer. Obwohl es sich um eine Souterrainwohnung handelt, blickt Ihr Zimmer direkt auf den Garten und erhält viel natürliches Licht. Der Garten hat einen Rasen, Blumenbeete, Tische, Stühle und eine Feuerstelle. Wir lieben ein gutes Brunch im Garten!
Wir haben auch eine Waschmaschine, einen Wäschetrockner, einen Geschirrspüler, eine Badewanne, eine Dusche und ein Induktionskochfeld. Die Toilette befindet sich (praktischerweise) in einem separaten Raum zu Badewanne/Dusche etc.
Im Preis enthalten sind alle Kosten (GEZ und Wifi in Nebenkosten).

Hello you!
Since our roommate Johanna is returning to Scotland at the end of October, a room in our flat will be up for grabs from the 21st of October! We will probably start doing viewings around mid October.
The room is ~10m2, furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and commode. The other deco does not come with the room. There is laminate flooring with wooden optic & the ceiling is panelled with wood, which gives the room a very cosy chalet-feel. Our lovely little flat is in the BASEMENT of a detached house, with a big couch in the living room. Although it's a basement flat, your room faces directly into the garden & gets a good amount of natural light. The garden has a lawn, flower beds, tables, chairs and a fire pit. We love a good brunch in the garden!
We also have a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, bathtub, shower and induction hob. The toilet is (conveniently) in a separate room to bathtub/ shower etc.
The price includes all costs (GEZ and Wifi in Nebenkosten).
Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein: Mit der Tram oder mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 8min in der Stadt und auch zur Bahnstation (Messe) sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Besonders die Nähe zum Seepark (3min) ist gerade jetzt im Sommer ein absoluter Traum! :) Auch sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von Denn‘s, Rewe, dm, Lidl, Aldi sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad in 2-3min erreichbar.
Dein Fahrrad kannst du im Fahrradkäfig im Hof anschließen.

The location could not be better: With the tram or by bike you are in the city in 8min. The nearest train station (Messe) is only a few minutes walk away. Especially the proximity to the Seepark (3min) is just now in summer an absolute dream! :) Also all shopping facilities like Denn's, Rewe, dm, Lidl, Aldi are within 2-3min walking distance or 1min by bike.
You can keep your bike safe by the bike stands or in the “bike cage” in the courtyard.

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen wären:
Barbara (22) ist Brasilianerin und macht einen Austausch in Deutschland. Sie arbeitet mit erneuerbaren Energien und geht gerne in Parks und Bars.
Caro (24) ist aus Deutschland und lebt seit 5 Jahren - mit einem Jahr Erasmus in Madrid- in Freiburg. Wenn sie nicht gerade in der Uni (Medizin) oder mit ihrer Doktorarbeit beschäftigt ist, findest du sie in der Volleyball- oder Boulderhalle, beim Mountainbiken oder auf einem Klimastreik. Sie freut sich sehr, wenn du Lust hast, mit ihr Sport zu machen!
Sam (26) kommt aus den USA und hat gerade ihren Abschluss in „Global Studies“ an der Uni gemacht. Ihre neue Freizeit verbringt sie mit Lesen, Nähen oder damit Ihre Deutschkenntnisse am Münstermarkt zu verbessern (oder uns mit leckeren Tofu Würstchen auszustatten;).
Generell sind wir unternehmungslustig und immer für einen Spaß zu haben. Gleichzeitig sollte man jedoch auch mal seine Ruhe haben können. Idealerweise bist du noch am Studieren und hast schon etwas WG-Erfahrung. Eine gewisse Grundsauberkeit ist uns ebenfalls wichtig.

Your future flatmates would be (drumroll):
Barbara (22) is a brazilian doing an exchange in Germany, works with renewable energy, likes to go to parks and bars.
Caro (24) is from Germany and has been living in Freiburg for 5 years - with one year Erasmus in Madrid. When she's not at university (medicine) or working on her PhD, you'll find her doing sports (volleyball, bouldering, mountain biking, skiing), protesting at a climate strike or reading a book in her room. She would be very happy if you’d like to join her doing sports together!
Sam (26) comes from the USA and has just graduated from university with a degree in Global Studies. She spends her new free time reading, sewing or improving her German at the Münstermarkt (or providing us with delicious tofu sausages;).
Generally speaking, all of us like to be outdoors, going to events and things, and always up for a laugh. But we also like to chill and have time to ourselves in our rooms. We would ideally like to have someone who is currently studying.
We're not clean freaks but we do try to keep things clean!
We mainly speak German at home, occasionally English.
