Unsere 7er WG ist im ersten Obergeschoss. Wir haben eine geräumige Wohnküche (mit genügend Stauraum und Kühlschrankplatz für alle) und zwei vollwertige Bäder mit Waschmaschine in der Wohnung.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 18 Quadratmeter groß mit einem Fenster.
In fünf Minuten ist man an der nächsten Haltestelle der Linie 1, der Bus Nr. 10 fährt am Ende der Straße ab. Man ist schnell im Grünen des Seeparks und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut erreichbar. Im Hof ist ein überdachter Abstellplatz für Fahr- und Motorräder.
Wir sind eine bunt gemischte Gruppe aus Student*innen und Berufstätigen. Obwohl wir eher eine Zweck WG sind trifft man sich gerne mal in der Küche. Wir haben einen gemeinsamen Putzplan und wenn jeder ein bisschen mit Hilft läuft das ganz gut.
Die Kaution sind drei Monatsmieten. Nebenkosten beinhalten Wasser, Strom, Heizkosten und Wlan. Die Vermieterin erlaubt Haustiere.
Besichtigung zwischen Samstagabend (16.Mai und Mittwoch 20.Mai)
