Hallo liebe Zimmersuchende :)
Es handelt sich um eine WG Neugründung in der Elsässer str in der Nähe der Straßenbahnhaltestelle.
Zuerst wird ein kleines Zimmer mit Dachschräge frei. Die Miete ist 340€ warm (+ Strom, Müllgebühr, WLAN, da weiß ich die genauen Kosten aktuell nicht). Einzug +/- 15.2.
Das andere Zimmer wird zum 1.4 frei (selbe Miete). Dort wohnt aktuell Jasmin. Sie macht ein duales Studium und nutzt ihr Zimmer als Zweitzimmer wenn sie ab und zu in Freiburg arbeitet.
Im dritten Zimmer wohnt im Moment Philipp, er ist Arzt, sehr lieb und hilfsbereit, aber lebt praktisch eigtl bei seiner Freundin. Das könnte auch frei werden :)
Pro: gute Lage, alles erreichbar, ca 15 min mit dem Rad in die Altstadt, große Küche, Wohnzimmer, nettes WG Haus mit gemeinsamen Kickerraum & Garten :)
Contra: kein Balkon, lange nicht renoviert!
Die anderen WGs im Haus sehen ähnlich aus, aber es sind sehr gemütliche Zuhause draus geworden. Diese WG hat leider wenig Liebe abbekommen.
Ideal wäre also wenn du Lust hast mit einer (und ggf zwei) weiteren Person (die du gerne mitaussuchen kannst) was Neues draus zu machen + dich neu einzurichten. Die Vermieter sind offen für kleinere Renovierungsprojekte und freuen sich über engagierte Leute.

Hey,
It's a shared flat with 3 rooms. One is going to be free in February (+/-15.2)/ March. The other in April and one is not sure yet, but Philipp will probably move out as well.
The rent for the small room is 340€ (+electricity, WLAN + garbage costs I don't know those at the moment)
The flat is in a house with several shared flats and a dentist :) it has a living room, a table kicker room and a common garden shared with the other flats.
Unfortunately it hasn't been renovated for quite a while and in this particular flat was not a lot of "WG life".
The landlords are looking for people who are interested to bring it a little bit more to life and care for the flat. They are in general open to support renovation projects.
