The room is around 14 square meter, furnished and everything included in the rent 300 Euro. It has a balcony around 5 square meter which looks at the Dreisam in one side and looks at the mountains on the other side. It also gets a lot of light especially in the mornings. The room is available only for September. Since I will not be a student anymore from September onwards, I am looking for someone who can take over :)
The location is one of the most beautiful parts of Freiburg as the building located right next to the Dreisam river and a quiet area. Besides, it is less than 5 min walk to the closest tram station. By tram in 15 min from door and by bike in 10 min it is possible to be in the city centre.
For the shopping and such, the ZO shopping centre is reachable in 5 minutes by walk. And the University's fitness facilities are also 5 min walking away.
The WG is gender mixed and consists of 15 students whose age range from 20 to 28. It has two small balconies in different ends, one kitchen and two bathrooms and two toilets separately. Eventhough it has one kitchen most of the time it is empty and there enough spaces to cook :) Besides, we have a big common room where we eat, chat, play board games together in the evenings time to time.
For cleaning, there is a Putzplan where every two days the person whose turn it is needs to complete their duty. The Putzplan only applies to Kitchen, as the other parts of the WG is cleaned by a company.
